Called Topline for a service call to see if I needed my fan limit switch replaced. Technician came out, checked out the system and gave me his analysis. I wasn’t 100% sure, so I called back with questions. The boss called me back and offered to come out that afternoon and give me a 2nd opinion of the situation. Both were very professional and informative. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time to replace.

Topline HVAC is simply top of the line in terms of customer service, performance, and customer service. They have performed above my expectations on numerous occasions. I'm very happy with the work and consistency of their technicians whenever I need a plumber or HVAC assistance.

Not recommended. Outrageous prices for simple jobs. I would advise finding a company that wants to keep your business rather than see how much they can get from you on job #1. Also looks like a good number of the 5 star reviews are from friends of the technicians. I fully expect a defensive (fabricated) response to this but please just be aware of what's going on here. Find a technician from someone you know or in your neighborhood.

This place is great! Brad was super friendly and willing to talk me through the details of my issue and what they could do to take care of it. Problem solved in less than 48 hours, and we needed parts replaced. Fantastic and fast.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I called Topline to have the vents cleaned in our place and also to have the dryer vent cleaned out. They discovered that there was a break in the dryer vent pipe that explained why the brand new dryer was taking over 2 hours to dry 3 towels! They were able to get the dryer pipe fixed in the attic and now it takes less than an hour to dry almost anything! You guys are awesome! I totally refer my friends and family to you guys all the time! :)

My father-in-law's heating was not working and we called Topline. They came out same day and provided a Free HVAC Tune Up and got the furnace working again. They also provided an indoor air quality analysis and suggested duct cleaning to help improve our system. They also provide Electrical and Plumbing services.

Changed to 5 star to make owner of company feel better about themself. Defensive response from owner to original 1 star post. Advise take ownership/accountability of mistake made, it's okay we are all human, we all make mistakes. Haven't returned last 3 calls for a reason. Fixed the issue myself, it wasn't a board issue ($1058 estimate) nor was it a wiring issue ($400 that I already paid plus 89 bucks for initial service). It was a blown $2 fuse on the board. Guess if a certified technician with proper experience was sent to diagnose the problem I wouldn't be out $400.
My main reason for giving a one star is due to no communication from the staff after initial $89 diagnostic visit. Waited 7 days for me to reach out to them to see when I would be put on the schedule to rewire furnace, this was me reaching our to them. Got email back same day, saying they can send a tech out on monday from 8am-noon. Tech calls on monday shows up at 8:30am, runs the wiring, hooks everything up and still no heat, spends the next 3 hours troubleshooting, to find out its a motherboard issues. wondering why this wasn't found out on the 1st visit. at this point i'm out $489 and still no heat. was told by salesperson that he would have a quote for new motherboard as well as options for new furnace the same day or first thing the next day. well, here we are 4 days later and still no communication from the salesperson or anyone else there, until it was me again that initiated communication with them with an email I just sent them a few minutes ago.
They may be one of the best HVAC companies out there, however their communication has been the worst......well at least with me, honestly not sure why? I read all the reviews prior to reaching out to them, have to say that the reviews are top notch, but at this moment certainly not feeling that way. we all know the phrase, you get what you pay for, well in this case not so much.
Here I am 2 weeks later, $489 poorer, and still no heat on the 2nd floor. Thankfully the furnace on the 1st floor is working properly and that it hasn't been too cold just yet. Lets see how long it takes them to get back with me after my email I just sent them. Only positive thing is that at least i know what the issue is.....I think. I already know the cost of the motherboard, but curious to know what price they come up with.....that is to say that I hear anything back from them?

Prompt installation and service from Topline. So far the whole system is working great and no complaints. Air conditioning unit is having minimal noise and the smart thermostat is pretty cool!

Todd Kurtz is one of the most genuine people on the Planet! He has a huge heart and truly cares for anyone he associates with, even if they are on his bad side! I just had Topline come to my condo to repair my water heater Sam and Eric really did a good job with stopping the leak and working with me to get a good price for a new heater and installation. I would recommend Topline to my friends.
