The process was amazing from start to completion. The best part is that the Topline company is punctual. The heating pump installation process was unbelievable. I used Topline once before for flooring. I am extremely satisfied with that experience too.

We change the filters regularly by Topline, we take comfort from an annual maintenance check, the unit providing fresh air into the apartment. It is easy to arrange appointments to fit in with our diary, and the engineer are helpful, efficient and respected our property.

We needed old dryer vent pipes removed and replaced. And had difficulty finding someone who could do the job. We finally called Topline and lo and behold they informed us they can do the job. Sam and Ulysses who did the work were professional and worked as quickly and diligently as could be expected for the difficulty of this job. Their price was very reasonable. My experience was exceptional with Topline HVAC Company. The technician/consultant who showed up at my home seemed to care about me, and i suffering without a/c in hot weather. The process was easy. The technician/consultant explained everything simply to me. Even though it was late the installers completed the job so I could finally sleep cool.
