Topline service was outstanding! On the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner broke. I called 4 companies who said they couldnt send anyone out for 2 weeks. I called at 7:30am and a technician came out by 9:30 am. I had 3 trucks in front of my house within 2 hours. They stayed until the job was finished at 1:30am and did not charge me extra! The quote for the job was over one thousand dollars less than any other company. If you need air conditioning or heat repair, they are the only ones I would trust.
Called them to do a repair on my furnace b vent. My storm collar seal was worn and leaking when it rained. The leak caused an elbow and approximately three feet of vent to corrode. All I wanted was the corroded pieces replaced. They advised me they would only do the job if they were to replace all venting down into the basement. I have a two story house and that would entail ripping out walls. It would be thousands of dollars to do that. Why would I spend $$$ to replace pieces that don’t need it. I told the tech I wasn’t interested in replacing everything. I’ll look elsewhere for service The dispatch fee is ridiculous. I will never use this company again.
I am very pleased. Todd came on his day off to put a part into our furnace so we wouldn’t go without heat on this 30 degree day. He was extremely polite. Definitely recommend them!! Ask for Todd Kurtz!!
Topline team was great, and I highly recommend them. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They fit me in for an AC install next day in a heat wave over a holiday weekend. Terrific!

This company has saved us TWICE from the most frigid days of winter -- about two years ago and then again last night at the outside of the 2019 polar vortex. On top of that, their prices seem fair and reasonable. If you need prompt or emergency service, call Topline.
The first time we called, it was early Sunday evening and I noticed our downstairs was exceptionally cold and the radiators weren't pumping out heat. It was one of (if not the) coldest nights of the winter, and we had a 2-year-old child. My husband got out our laptops and called at least 6-10 HVAC companies that touted 24-hour service. For most of them, you have to talk to an answering service that knows absolutely nothing and asks you a bunch of frustrating questions. Then you have to wait for someone who knows anything to call you back. You have know idea how long that's going to take or even if they can make it out to your house that same day.
With Topline, we got right through to a real person who worked for the company, and they were able to have a repair tech here in a couple of hours. We had heat back on again that evening.
The second time was last night -- right before the temps were supposed to drop to -13 before wind chill. Again, I saw that the temp downstairs was 5 degrees lower than the thermostat was set for. We could hear the steam moving through the radiators, but there was no heat coming off them.
Unfortunately, we couldn't remember Topline's name and couldn't find a copy of the invoice from their first repair. So we called a different company that had done a maintenance service on the boiler in the fall. They couldn't have anyone here until this morning between 8 am and noon. As cold as it was outside, we knew we needed to try and get someone here last night or risk a very, very uncomfortable night and frozen pipes in the kitchen.
I finally got online, looked at my year-end credit card statements and found Topline's name there under Home Repair. We called them, and once again, they were able to have a tech out here in about 2.5 hours. He diagnosed two possible problems, drove back to his shop for the needed parts, and had restored the heat in about 2 hours.
Thanks to the way the company is set up to have techs truly on call 24/7 and to the tech braving the arctic weather, we had heat again as of 2:30 am. We will not be losing Topline's number again!
We needed new boilers and a water heater quickly, and they were able to start installing them the next day. That was very helpful.
We did have to call them out a couple of times to fix the installation, but they showed up promptly and things seem to being working well now. (Hence, the four stars instead of five.)
The technicians at Lenox Garage Door Repair were prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. We had called several companies for help but only Lenox Garage Door Repair responded. They showed up on time, determined the problem with our garage door and got it fixed immediately after giving the quote. We got a great price, great service and even the warranty. We could not be more pleased with the service.
Todd Kurtz is a very honest and all around nice guy. Worked very hard on getting us the best price on the right heater and ac for our small house. I've known him for years and he's always been a stand up kind of guy. Thanks Todd!
