I called Topline when my furnace went out on a cold day and they responded immediately. They sent a technician out to my apartment in a hurry to fix it. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to respond to my request and come get the job done. The technicians were very polite and answered any question i proceeded to ask them. They were able to fix my furnace and get it up and running again so i wouldn't have to endure the cold weather to come. Steve was absolutely professional and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He also triple checked to make sure all my HVAC needs were being met and i truly appreciated his concern. I highly recommend Topline to anyone who needs a furnace fixed because they hold themselves to a high standard and perform with excellence. Thanks again!! Topline is #1!!!!!!

Todd has an outstanding personality and captured my attention from the moment we met. While through a mutual friend, I would consider him and honest and caring person that I would like to get to know better. He gave our dog a treat and treated her as part of the family. He listened to our family's needs and what we may require in the future, as we are not in the market at this time for a new system. We discussed financing and all the options that are available. When we are in the market for a new system, I will not hesitate to call Topline and ask for Todd. We have used Topline HVAC service Heating & Air for years. Their service is top notch. Their employees are always friendly, very knowledgeable, polite. Great service.

Topline came out on a freezing Saturday, found that our furnace had died (we expected it) and replaced our furnace on the same day! Shout out to Tom, Drew and Todd for the professional service and dedication. We are very happy with the work Topline has done for us and will continue to be customers.

In early March my basement ended up flooding which ruined my water heater and furnace, I contacted a bunch of HVAC companies, but Topline was the first to answer and show up! They were really professional and knowledgeable! They began replacing my furnace as soon as I gave them the green light. The technicians were polite and very clean which I really appreciated! I honestly would recommend them to anyone out there!

Sarge, Eric, Sam, and Joanna have been super friendly, professional, and patient with servicing our furnace and installing a new AC. This was our first time hiring anyone for this type of work and were really trying to do our research...needless to say we are super satisfied with our decision to go with Topline! We have had nothing but trouble with this system. This has been a terrible ordeal for my family and this company has no integrity or accountability for there unprofessional actions. It’s like we have purchased a lemon. We have to take legal action if no one repairs our system. Please do more research about this company and there service department before using this company. We were told that this $10,000 system was top of the line and this system was compatible to my home , but that is not true and I’m tired of begging and pleading for help. This is a very stressful time with the pandemic and other things now this has added more unnecessary stress.

Todd was able to teach me so many things regarding hvac maintenance. Him and Richard was there for more than 4 hours and made sure everything worked perfectly fine. Yes, they sell you a lot of stuff but again its their job to do that. Todd was honest and told me exactly when to replace. Very helpful! I had some other company came in and was trying to sell so many things without giving me solutions. It is very difficult to find honest ones out there.

We had duct cleaning service done at our home. The technician explained the process and was very professional. He put booties on to not dirty our floors and cleaned up after himself. He also explained technical information about our HVAC system without making it confusing -- and without up-selling anything. Overall, a great experience; would highly recommend.
