I was able to get a call through for an appointment after hours for the very next morning. Mark Melaas was prompt and courteous in recharging my air conditioning. He was accurate with informing me of what was happening and what to expect.

From the time I called to the time my toilet no longer looked like the Loch Ness Monster was trying to crawl out of it couldn't have been more than an hour. Total. From when I called, to the when they had fixed my toilet, it was less than an hour. Fantastic people to do business with.

Called these clowns about needing my furnace serviced due to a occasional failure to light the burners. They asked if i was in an emergency call. I said no (I'm not stupid enough to play that game). They said the soonest they could get someone to look at my furnace would be December 7th. Thats 3 weeks away. Their reply: If you need one of our service technicians to visit sooner, we can arrange an emergency visit. SCREW YOU. The next company i called said they could inspect my furnace in 2 HOURS. Perfect. 1 hour after arrival i was ready for winter.

They called ahead (so I didn't have to plan my whole day around a giant window) and the tech was knowledgeable and efficient which is amazing considering I have a hundred year old house with a boiler system. He told me exactly what it would cost and how long it would take, and that's exactly what he did.

The woman on the phone was polite very easy to deal with, very accommodating, I called at 7:30 and was scheduled from 12:00 to 2:00, I had asked for a 20 min call ahead and was contacted at 9:00 to see if i could be there at 9:30. Jarron was on time and in and out in 35 min. Answered all my questions above and beyond. would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a good experience with Jason from Axberg. We have had 2 different outfits over and they charged more and never fixed the real issue with our water heater.I will use Axberg again and ask Jason if need arises.

Thanks to Jason Schmidt of Axberg/Black Diamond plumbing div. for upgrading two of our old water valves to ball valve shut -offs. Also, for finding a leak in our old concrete double basin laundry tub. He installed a new single basin laundry tub (Mustee) and all new necessary piping. He was able to estimate the work onsite before starting. All work was done professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. Hopefully, these potential leak points have now been improved and should last a long time.

Completely misdiagnosed an air conditioner compressor failure. Technician blamed it on the circuit breaker box and said the entire box had to be replaced because "the breakers are overheating", with an estimate of $2200!.
The compressor had failed and was tripping the breaker. The original diagnosis would have cost me a lot of money and done nothing to fix the problem.

Serviceman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. He was careful not to track dirt into the house. We received same day service (actually in just a few hours). Communication was excellent.

I use Axberg/Black Diamond Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They show up when they say they will and give great friendly service. Their prices are fair. I would not go anywhere else.
