I have had them out twice for different issues. Both tines they were on time, professional, helpful and did a great job. Jason was awesome today fixing my clogged kitchen sink. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will call them. In the past, before finding these guys, I had called other companies. Those other companies were horrible. Axberg all the way! Thanks for the great service!

I am an unsatisfied customer!! My son set up with Axberg to send an Electrican that was contracted through Axberg to come and install a dust to dawn light on my garage.
The Electrican was milking his time installing the light. It cost me $175.00 to install the light. After installation of the light the first night the light was so bright and every night after that the light is very, very dim.
I called to explain the problem that I was having three days later only to be told if someone comes out to see what the problem is, it would cost me an addition service charge of $75 and any additonal cost if it's something other than the light. I just believe since the contracted electrician was just at my home three days ago I should not have to pay for another service charge, because the light is not working efficiently.

I am so disappointed with the service I received. I pay all that money only to be unsatisfied with the service I recieved! I will not recommend Axberg Heating to any of my family or friends.

I asked for a quote to install a hot water heater for my mother and they would not provide one. They indicated they wanted to charge $79.00 for someone to take a look and then tell me the price. I indicated the hot water heater was leaking so it needed to be replaced and what would the charge be just to install a hot water heater without additional plumbing.

I run a maintenance company in another state and charging someone $79.00 for a straightforward item such as this is dishonest. Any other vendor I called could easily quote me over the phone for this item. Beware of someone that is trying to charge for things they shouldn't charge for.

Absolutely the best service in town. Jaren from Axeburg came to our home Easter Sunday night to fix our heater after an initial repair the day prior failed. He cleaned out our unit and replaced the faulty part again, at no charge. They really made my day and kept me and my family warm tonight. Highly recommended.

Just had a plumber come out and explained since our toilet was leaking despite the wax rings we went through my husband cut out the pipe that ran all the way from the toilet flange which was so old and rusted to the main as well as the bathroom sink connected to it, we purchased all the pipe,elbows and sleeves we would need but just couldn't get back into place at the main line which is why we called a plumber. All we should have to pay for is the labor but instead said he had everything in his truck and it would cost us $975.00. I don't think so. Since when do plumbers charge hundreds of dollars an hour to get a price like that at best most plumbers we've had only charge $150 an hour. What a waste of our $80.00 fee to come here for that.

We had Axberg come and do an annual clean and check on our furnace.They called the day before to confirm what time they would be there and the technician was right on time! He was thorough, courteous and didn't try to cross-sell or oversell in any way. We will continue to use Axberg Heating for both our heating and cooling needs!

We came home to a hot house, called numerous HVAC people to see who could come out the same day. One guy came out, looked at our system, charged us $50.00 and did nothing. He didn't even know how to run our thermostat. Today, we called Axberg. They came out, diagnosed the problem, made a special run to Chicago for the part, even fought for our 10 year warranty, and fixed it all today. They were wonderful, and saved us over a thousand dollars. We will always use Axberg in the future for any HVAC issues.

Charged me 125.00 to look at my furnace. Told me my gas valve was bad and it was $625 to fix. We got a second opinion that same day and the repair guy just had to fix a fuse and relight the pilot.

This is a non union company who is out to rip you off and pays their employees next to nothing. Do not give them your time, business or money. Save yourself.

Charged us $125 so a guy could spend 2 minutes looking at our unit to say our compressor was shot. He didn't take out a single tool, and spent the rest of the visit giving us a quote for a new system.

After we got 3 other quotes, we learned Axberg had tried to sell us a system that was too big for our house, would not have fit in one of our spaces, and was literally twice as much money.

Call anybody, anybody else, unless of course you enjoy throwing money out the window. Waste of our time and money.

Mark, the service technician, not only arrived on time, he was about 5 minutes early.
He was courteous and efficient. I signed up for their Crystal Club service. I am very pleased with their service. Thanks Axberg/Black Diamond!
