I am disappointed and feel like their service people are also tasked with trying to sell new. During a recent furnace cleaning, I was told that the heat exchanger was putting carbon dioxide into our house and the danger is that possibly some day wouldn't wake up. He said the life of our furnace was 12 years approx. But he could recommend a new furnace at 0% interest. So we had a second opinion HVAC contractor come in and there was NO carbon dioxide being expelled and the life of our furnace was 16-18 years. Caution, I will not use them again because I feel they are using a scare tactic to sell new products. I also had them install a new sump pump and I wished I would have had a second opinion on that but didn't and they installed a $2,000 sump pump system. Live and learn.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The dispatchers were very helpful and pleasant. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Axberg/Black Diamond will continue to be our go to service company. We highly recommend them.

Loyal customer, many years, but not going to use them ever again since they became "corporate black diamond". I have no problem paying service call, union labor+ profit, and material+profit rates in the past. Cost of doing business. The new corporate "per job" rate is taking advantage of the customers who relied on the "old Axburg" to be fair on price for a professional contractor to solve issues and make repairs.

Our technician, Ross, inspected the air conditioning unit today. He did a very thorough job and found everything in full working order. We are very pleased with the service Axberg provides for both our air conditioner and furnace.

As a single woman who no nothing about my old furnace system Greg from Axberb heating treated me with courtesy respect and didn't over charge me by pretending something was wrong or that I needed a new furnace. He explained what I needed and gave me several low cost options. Also the receptionist had a pleasant voice and attitude. I definitely recommend Axberb heating

My family and I are very happy with the service we received. Jarron Dundas arrived even before the time we were given. He was very friendly and very clear about the problems he discovered. He gave me the cost to perform all of the work and I approved it before he started.

We will gladly recommend Axberg, and especially Jarron to anyone.

If I can give zero stars I would. Worlds worst company in regards to not keeping to their schedule. If you have an A/C emergency call someone else, as you'll probably die before they get there. They think it's ok to not notify you that they are running 2 hours behind after you've been waiting for your appointment window, only to have to reschedule the following day, and then they think it's ok to show up to your house 3 hours prior to your appointment window when your not home. Then when you tell them to stick to the original time window that was requested, they will call you to say they are on their way and then retract their statement and say oops. "I mean the guy is going to be 2 hours late". What a crock company. This cannot be made up people.

Mark performed our "semi annual service". He did a thorough job of scoping out the work before starting. He checked out the system, cleaned the condensor coils and assure me we should have a trouble free summer. We appreciate the great service.

Frank is Great! Came in knowing we had some requests and met our requirements with giving us insight to better options that worked for us too. Worked around our schedule to meet. Jeff and Adam did a good and speedy job on removal and install of new system.
