We just had our 20 year old air conditioner replaced by Empire Heating & Air Conditioning. Dan was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions patiently. He did a clean job with the installation and was also very knowledgeable, helpful and left the working area cleaner than they found it. Dan, the technician, exhibited the knowledge and the professionalism that we required. He was able to replace our old Air Conditioner with a new one in just few hours. He was friendly and helpful. He kindly pointed out the reason why our AC could not work for longer period as expected and gave us some recommendations for good maintenance. We went with Empire because of the reviews but still managed to get bad service! We called on 10/28, at 10 am. We were given a time frame of 11 to 2:30 pm. My wife called them at 4pm to see what's going on and they were super busy so their running late. My wife than called again at 7pm and was told they will not be able to make it after we waited all day!

We had a problem with our air conditioner.Their technician showed up a few hours after I called them and had our air conditioning fixed very quickly.Was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
