Howard came out and was very prompt and professional. Gave me multiple options and wasn’t trying to swindle me. Would definitely recommend. He gave us piece of mind before I had to leave out of town Very easy to talk to and work with. Great 1st impression all the way around .

Very nice. Explained everything. The first service technician they sent for furnace preventative maintenance was good.

My 2nd experience was to fix a broken pipe which froze/burst. The technician they sent could not perform the entire job. He also wrote irrelevant information on the invoice. The cost seems high, too, for the work performed of capping an internal pipe. It wasn’t even an after hours rate.

Got a quote for repairs on furnace & A/C systems. We decided time to replace furnace & A/C. I had used TR Miller previously, so called for a quote.
TR Miller Sales Rep., Ben J came out this past Wed-explained American Standard Products & TR Miller's Services. He inspected our house layout & existing furnace & A/C systems. Ben is an expert-he designed the perfect furnace & A/C install layouts for our house. He gave us competitive pricing & 3 options for new furnace & A/C. We were able to schedule furnace & A/C install for next day. Ben is friendly & professional.

It was late on a Friday and he was so patient staying to answer all our questions, go over our options, and even above and beyond to assist with financing. I am a first time customer and I am so happy with the service I received from beginning to end! First thing that I loved was that they sent me a photo of my plumber, so I know exactly who is supposed to be here. That really gave me peace of mind! Secondly, Austin was very kind and professional. He gave me all options to fix my problem and gave his professional advice. Lastly, he was upfront about pricing and applied all applicable discounts without me having to ask. If this is the standards that all technicians are held to, I will definitely come back to TR Miller for any plumbing needs!
