    Never fixed the product and charged full price for replacement parts and labor. Then quoted the price of a new unit to 'finally fix' the unit. The labor was the drive and time spent on their cell phone. THREE SERVICE CALLS OVER A MONTH and the the unit was never fixed. Did they suggest buying another unit? No. Was told to "wait until temperature dropped". Wouldn't the technician stay until "the temperature dropped". No of course not, because that is a new service call to be charged. After replacing several other parts, the final visit they said a completely different part was the real problem. Please tell me how it took 3 different trips to know this?

    Curing the problem is bad for business. I wish I could upload these invoices with the hilarious explanations. They double talked as to why. The President Dan Kelly then emailed when I refused to pay the final invoice saying that "all operations were proper at that time" which was not true because on the invoice the tech stated I needed to wait for the temp to drop. If the temp was not at the appropriate number THEN THE UNIT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FIXED! Surprise...the temp never dropped. Then he said the unit had not been working in 3 years. Funny that was the statement they really stuck to like that was reason it wasn't working. When I finally got a good company out, they laughed and say they hear that a lot from customers that have used Triangle. They are very good at invoicing but not good at fixing issues. I never read reviews because I feel everyone's experiences are different and there are three sides to every story. But after using this company to only lose money and never have the problem fixed, I will definitely start taking a track record into consideration. They will respond with everything but an apology since they already have the money. But I figured I would take the time on this rainy sunday to warn anyone reading. I know you can feel like you're in an emergency and it is hard to find a company that doesn't charge you 30 miles because for whatever reason every technician lives in Hoffman Estates and has to drive to the city. And since HVAC work takes a ton of schooling and all the science is probably over your head when they explain the issues. But I encourage you to ask other business what their preferred service companies are and start giving money to companies that do good work and value other business dollars. Chicago gets brutally cold in the winter and super hot in the summer so the need for a good HVAC unit, coolers, and other devices are critical to a successful business. Don't let companies take advantage of your desperation and do what auto mechanics were blamed for over the generations. It's the HVAC companies that truly take advantage.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone. I usually don't write reviews good or bad, however I wanted everyone to know the lies this company tell. I was quoted $110.00 per hour for a service call. The technician was at my facility for 1 hour. the company charged me $403.00, I ask what were the additional charges for? The answer was travel time. To add this was not explained to me before I schedule the appointment for service.

    As for servicing the Commercial industry I found this company to have great communication and to be very honest. Two of the most important traits I need in companies I do business with. In my experience, I truly believe they make every effort to make it out for service the same day, which for commercial applications is very important. I need to keep my products cold or I do not make any money.

    The lady on the phone was rude and she was not even willing to give us a time when the technician can come. Please avoid this company. Otherwise, it's your choice..
