It has been a great day with both Joey & Jorge visiting us today. They were very helpful, with great advice, honest opinions on the work needed, and a fair quote.

Update: Joel, an HVAC tech came and gave our unit a thorough check. He replaced one part ($250), and said the unit should last is a couple more years. This was after another company came and told us our unit couldn’t be fixed and that it needed to be replaced to the tune of $11k.

Update 2: Today Conner, Bill & Dylan came and dug a hole in our front yard to replace about 3’ of sewer pipe. They were quick, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the job. I feel confident their work will last and fix the drainage issues we were experiencing.

Anthony, KJ, and Nick were all great. Our AC went out a couple days before our baby was due, and they were all able to help us get everything replaced and installed before the baby came. This was a great relief for us and all members of the team provided great service. We will definitely use TR Miller I’m the future.

Top-notch service all around! We had an emergency gas leak a couple of weeks ago, and I was impressed with the level of service from our initial phone call to the service repair.

The team walked us through the necessary steps to get Nicor involved. Once Nicor identified the issues, the TR staff arrived on Sunday to fix the pipes. They explained what needed to be done and gave a fair estimate. Nicor came back and confirmed no leaks.

They also did a thorough inspection of our furnace and pointed out several safety concerns due to the age of the furnace. This is familiar, as noted during a recent home inspection.

We had a consultant give us a quote and then received several other quotes. TR Miller did not hassle or pressure us into a decision and provided a competitive quote. After several discussions, we decided to move forward with their offer.

We had a completely new comfort system installed, and the team was utterly professional; they confirmed the products (Furnace model/AC type, humidifier) and what to expect and then gave us an overview of how everything works and how to maintain it.

The new system looks and works fantastic.

Then Noe and the plumbing team examined our ejector and sump pumps and identified what needed to be replaced. We thought we had an ejector pump issue, but Noe pointed out it was the sump pump, saving us a significant amount of money. He also tightened up some loose pipes.

Overall, I cannot emphasize the professionalism and quality provided. Altogether, excellent work, and I will use TR Miller again should the need arise.

We have used TR Miller services for many years. Always pleased with their work and the service technicians. We recently had Kyle B inspect our HVAC as part of our regularly scheduled maintenance plan. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. These guys are never pushy; they explain your options and leave you with the info you need to make the best decision.

I had a company I used for years, and unfortunately, it closed. After several reviews for A/C & Heating companies, I had to call TR Miller. I was so impressed from the initial phone call, to the texts letting me know the status, to the arrival of the tech. Drew was fantastic, management definitely hired a true professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased on how Drew was very thorough, and explained everything in detail & answered all my questions. Jacob came out at the time he said he would. Very punctual. He was friendly and gave me great information on the service and what to expect. He cleaned out my kitchen sink garbage disposal. I would recommend others use their services.

The servicemen were professional and very personable. They showed up promptly and went over details first. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They also went over at the end of the installments with new details. The system is a quality brand.

Vince S. and Nick showed up today to install my new Zoeller sump pump system with backup battery in my basement. Awesome crew explained everything prior and gave me an update in the middle of the install. At the end of the installation they walked me through the operation and what to do if any problems would arise. Appreciate the hard work and professionalism.

Beside being friendly and personable, she laid out everything that needed to be done as she found it along with what was causing each issue. Double checked issues while also showing me what was going on in the system. Will highly recommend and call for future issues.
