Leo Cavazos exceeded all expectations for our service call. We called TR Miller for a gas leak in the fittings in/around the water heater. Leo reviewed everything, gave us the options. We asked lots of questions and even asked about different water heaters to replace our almost 30 year old unit. He was patient, respectful, and very insightful. He was even great with our kids! We are got everything scheduled and paid for with his help. I can't believe he stuck around on a Friday night for us. He got here at 5:30pm and just left at 7:30pm. He is an amazing representative of TR MILLER and the plumbing profession. Thank you TR Miller for sending Leo!

Our gas dryer had gone out and we had to get a new one and upon delivery we realized our gas line was seized. We called TR Miller and they had Christopher come out the next morning and he was amazing! Very professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable and had the job done in no time. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He laid out all the options available to us, and he helped walk us through everything so we understood it clearly. He even did great with my crazy puppy who HAD to say hi.

I would highly recommend this company. I had an issue with my furnace on a cold day, called and they were available to help with the problem within an hour. When addressing the problem, they performed a very thorough diagnostic, provided a detailed explanation of the problem along with some other notes. Overall, very impressed with the level of customer service, expertise and overall professionalism.

TR MILLER and most importantly Trevor Smith the plumbing technician were beyond impressive! I had a clogged sewer line and needed a tech on a Saturday. Trevor was incredibly personable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He pre-called to let me know he was in route. He then diagnosed and took care of the issue in just a few hours! I was completely impressed and can’t say enough good things about Trevor and TR MILLER! Awesome service! You just gained a new customer for sure. I have several rentals and look forward to having a reliable plumber available! A sincere thank you!!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY. MIKE E. was so knowledgeable and so courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. ABC cooling tried charging me 1200 to fix the problem for something that wasn't even the problem! I saved a fortune going with TR Miller based on the recommendation of a friend. Even the receptionist was super helpful and courteous. I'm super suspicious of any contractors selling me service, but they are totally trustworthy. They just gained a customer for life!

Drew and Brandon did my install today. Phenomenal workmanship!! Very clean installation. They thoroughly went through the entire system with me and Drew went out of his way to make everything easy! TR Miller is the way to go for all HVAC needs!!

When I called they were very friendly and able to work around my schedule. I received follow up calls and texts confirming appointment. Cynthia and Toni were my techs and they were both top notch. Friendly, professional, and skilled. They fixed and explained everything. I was charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

We will be using TR Miller for any service going forward.
