I will highly recommend to work with TR Miller. Everyone from their Staff was very professional knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Jonathan M did a great job explaining to us what we needed and we never felt pressured by him. He was very honest and made us feel we were in the Wright hands. The Technicians Carlos C, Lyanne C and Nick N did an amazing job they were able to install our new furnace, humidifier and furnace the very next day. They set up to insure that everything in our home stay clean and out of any cause of damage they were fast and cleaned everything after they were done.

Kevin W helped us get a furnace and he was extremely honest and kind. We got quotes from 4 or 5 different companies and TR Miller was the only company that made us feel comfortable with such a large purchase. I have no regrets and anytime I need them, they’re a phone call away and typically arrive same or next day! Highly recommend. The guys who came to install our furnace were extremely kind and efficient.

It was such a blessing to have TR Miller regularly available in my area. I was able to get scheduled in right away. The best part was how professional and informative my technician Nick S. was, he explained everything that was going on and even assisted me in scheduling a follow up appointment to get estimates on repairs. This is beyond a 5 star ⭐️ business.

Called for inspection and Bogdan T has arrive after couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable, took time to inspect and evaluating each component of my furnace and Air Conditioner, explained to me the situation and what need to be done for now or later. Liked the his honesty, knowledge and patient, I am very happy with the service and signed for VIP membership. I gave 5 Star for his service and will use again.

Last week I was helped by, Sam, Ben, Jarred and Jorge, plus the dispatchers on the phone. Everyone has been great and I’m glad I picked this company to do the work in our home.

Jason Springs did an excellent job breaking down the best replacement options for our furnace and AC. He also made sure all our questions were answered and worked with us in scheduling an installation date that worked well for us.

Jarred G., Nick M. And Eric T. installed our new HVAC system. Before they started their work, they went over everything they were going to do so we were all on the same page. They regularly checked in throughout the day taking the time to answer any questions or address any concerns that we had. At the end, they reviewed everything with us again to make sure we were satisfied with the work and new system. We were pleased with the work Jarred, Nick and Eric did for us.

We were also pleased with the help from Anna who helped us address some financing issues we had with our estimate. Overall, the customer service at TR Miller was excellent and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Bogdan T. came out the same morning my AC stopped cooling. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He walked me through all of the testing & checks, the issue, and the remediation. I was very impressed and happy with the service provided. I was so satisfied that I signed up for the VIP membership, which is a great value with the included inspections and maintenance items.

Cynthia was just amazing !!!. I am so impressed. Very courteous, very professional. Explained everything very well. She gave me a very reasonable estimate and will be coming back to complete the repairs.

Their communication is top notch and such a quick turnaround for a big job. I reached out to them on Friday and had a new furnace, AC and water heater the next day.

Everyone of their techs is amazing! Will definitely be taking all my future HVAC business here.
