Plumbing leak inspection / diagnosis was the reason for our call. Jacob W. arrived in under 4 hours since we called this company. He spent ample time with us to describe his findings from the report. He was professional, embodied great customer service and a great representative of TR Miller as an organization. We received a quote for the job as per his recommendation and have hired TR to complete the replacement/ installation. When we were wrapping up (5 minutes left of his shift) I remembered another potential plumbing issue (an afterthought to our introduction of any other things to look at) and he provided an estimate and recommendation for how to address/fix. Thanks Jacob for taking the time to educate us and make us feel comfortable with the company hired to take on our repair needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with TR Miller. From the first call, to the service visit, installation of our sump pump, and a follow up home inspection every one was excellent. There was a slight communication error which was immediately resolved with Shawn. He made sure we were taken care of. Raymond was our technician and I’ve honestly never met someone so thorough and genuine. He truly cares about making sure you are satisfied and understand the work completed. We had issues with other plumbing companies as we always felt we were just being sold the most expensive easiest route for them. Not Raymond, or TR Miller, they truly care and aren’t here to sell me something I didn’t need. That right there makes my family customers for life!! Thank you for making a stressful time easier knowing we were in good caring hands.

We called and set the appointment last night.
Our representative, Jacob, arrived on time and prepared this morning. Jacob was great.
He walked around and checked the problem areas and took the time that I needed to explain the Plumbing options that were available to me. He explained it in a manner that I could understand.
His knowledge and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

We really look forward to the repairs and projects being completed. He was able to get the work scheduled to be started tomorrow.

Anthony B. arrived promptly, was very professional and provided me with several repair options pertaining to my AC unit that was having issues. He went through the steps of what he was going to check for diagnosis purposes and completed them in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my system post diagnosis and answered any questions I had. Great service!

Trevor was excellent. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. He was able to resolve our sewage line issues. I was so impressed with him and the company’s commitment to excellent service that I cancelled my service membership with my previous AC/HVAC/Plumbing company while he was working on our problem. I would highly recommend this company and especially Trevor for their dedication to excellent service and workmanship.

Had TR Miller out for A/C inspection and found out that I needed a new condenser fan motor. I found them to be very professional, polite and helpful. The female who took our two phone calls was also very professional and helpful in getting us a quick service response. The technicians who came out Mike, Matt and Nick went above board in detailing exactly what the problem was and showed us exactly what was wrong. As senior citizens, we appreciate their honesty. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Had a great experience with the TR Miller team for "no AC" woes today. Everyone from the off-hours call center, the office reception to the technician was patient and pleasant to speak with. My technician, Bogdan T. was great. He communicated with me throughout the diagnostic process and fully explained the repair. Bogdan was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that that helped educate me to get the best from my HVAC system and keep my home temperature comfortable. Fortunately the solution was a small, but essential electrical part replacement.

The entire experience from day one was extremely outstanding. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue as a result of another company damaging my hvac and it not working. For over two weeks I dealt with this other company with out no resolve. AS SOON AS I CALLED TR MILLER I was treated like a valued customer immediately and they were able to squeeze me in to their tight schedule while in the midst of a heat wave. I had a one day turnaround time with a certified, professional, and polite tech named Joel who hit every mark of professionalism! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TR MILLER FOR YOUR NEEDS. I’m definitely going to be using them for all my service. I got scammed by other companies who claim they know what they are doing but that is far from the case here. I was even able to get info about some of my little plumbing repairs like not having an outdoor water shut off. Over all very reliable and trustworthy service!!!

Bogdan did an excellent, excellent job! He was kind and professional and walked me through everything. I was extremely impressed with his services. He worked extremely hard and we’ll definitely be using TR Miller and Bogdan again!

Ben J was my sales person came to my house was on time very very knowledgeable of the equipment I needed. Easy to work with was willing to negotiate and inform me of any discounts that were available. Was able to convince me the quality of their product and the professionalism of the installation in the long run will be more beneficial to me than saving a few bucks now. So far after seeing the installation I am convinced that it wasn’t just a sales pitch he truly believes in what he’s doing. hopefully in the future the company will back up all the promises that were given to me.
