Called Home Depot at 11am on a Saturday, because our water heater had gone out overnight. By 3pm we had hot water. Great install and cleanup. Had us run all our faucets slowly to avoid debris. Answered all of our questions. Perfect experience.

Clayton and Ed removed my old water heater and quickly and professionally installed the new one purchased from Lowe's. The install price matched the estimate which was very important to me. No one likes to get a bunch of extras added into the cost after you commit to the estimate. It's been 24 hours and everything seems great. I highly recommend Clayton as an installer. I would definitely use the service again for plumbing needs.

They did a great job putting my sink in the new countertop and hooking up the garbage disposal and a new hot water dispenser and the faucet. They took out the old pipe and replaced with new. It was organized well and they cleaned up well. I especially liked that the putty around the sink is primarily on the inside and is not showing on the top of the sink and countertop. Very clean and neat looking. Thank you for doing a great job. And special thanks for the “extra” thing you did fixing the filtration filters. I didn’t ask you to do it, but you saw that it needed to be done and you did it. Thank you!

Very nice and very quick! I was expecting 2-3 hours but Andy and Jose were done in, what felt, like no time! Would recommend.

Representatives were very professional, clean, and very timely in the removal of the old toilet, and replacement of the new toilet. They answered all questions and provided options for disposal of the old toilet. I didn’t have to do anything but sign electronically. Well done to both Clayton and Ross!
