I am quite pleased with the water heater installation that Andy G and his associate Aaron performed in my home! They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My wife and I recommend them without reservation.

They did an ok job installing the water heater. It took super long to get it done. The "price match" that they offer is bait. They have all sorts of ways to say the "price match" does not qualify.

I use DRF company through Lowe's, they charged me $1,609.52 to install a hot water heater. The installer broke a copper pipe which started
gas to leak. I had to call the fire department and utilities company which both said this was from the installer breaking the pipe. DRF wants to charge me extra for a plumber to come out and fix their mistake. I still do not have any hot water after paying $1,609.52. DRF is saying their installer didn't make any mistakes. Today is 5/20/23 and I have to wait until Monday to get a plumber out. They are false advertising, they states customers satisfaction, but they want this customer to pay extra for the plumber mistake

Everyone in this process was great! First time homeowner here 🙋♀️ They were very patient in walking me through the steps and answering all of my questions! Spoke with several staff members, all with great customer service! Technician was on time, professional, and tidy:)

We had Andy come out as sub contracted through Home depot. He was very rude on both visits. Everything was supposed to be prepaid and covered under my kitchen remodel contract. They had to cut the pipes for a new farmhouse sink. They argued with me on cutting it and when they came back to put back what they cut, both times trying to charge me over a thousand dollars even though I already paid. They threatened to leave while I called home depot to sort things out. They never hooked up my fridge water line (even though they cut the valve to it) and when I refused to sign the completion of job, Andrew stormed out of the house, slamming the door behind them in front of my small children. They didn't properly air out the faucets when they left and my 3-yr old got sprayed with hot water when she turned on the taps after they left.
So unprofessional and if I were you, I wouldn't let them in your house.

This was the worst experience ever I would not recommend this place. Home Depot contracted this company to install a water heater that I purchased. DRF came Friday with a heater that didn’t fit even though they had all the correct info AND photos of my space, so I had to schedule another appointment and wait another day with no hot water until Saturday. On Saturday, the plumber/driver pretended there was no parking available in an attempt to avoid doing the job and tried to reschedule me AGAIN for Monday when they could send someone with a small van. There was PLENTY of parking as you can see in the photos I attached. I spent over 30 mins on calls with dispatch, customer service, and arguing with the driver in the cold to simply park the truck. I even had to walk 2 blocks to where the truck was parked and hiding until we finally convinced him to pull around and park in one of the multiple HUGE parking spaces available. After the job was done they tracked dirt throughout my home and condo hallway and then left knowing that my bathroom sink wasn’t functional. When I called customer service, a woman said she called my plumber and he said “oh yea I wrote that in my notes.. this happens sometimes as sediment and debris may move thru the pipes during a water heater install. It’s a result of the install but not caused by the install if that makes sense.” Strange how you notate an issue but neglect to share said issue with the customer before leaving! I asked to schedule someone to come back out but customer care kept saying she couldn’t reach any technicians again and would call me back either Saturday or Sunday. DRF has called back 3 times since, but about BILLING ME!!! not about fixing my sink issue. After more arguing about the terrible service, DRF decided to give me $30 off of the $2000 job for my troubles and still never serviced my sink. I’d rather just be done with this company and go elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.
*update: after DRF technicians wouldn’t return my calls to rectify the sink issue, I went with another plumber who said the water heater install was sloppy and obviously rushed. He also informed me that the water should have been cut back on slowly to prevent any debris from being pushed thru the pipes too quickly causing clogs. He said DRF clearly cut the water back on full blast and left. Now I have to spend another $1700 for them to go into my ceilings and fix the issue in my pipes because flushing them didn’t work. I called DRF with the updated info and made further complaints but still no efforts have been made to fix my situation.

Technicians Andy and Aaron installed a hot water heater in my home. I wasn't having any problems with the old one but had it for a number of years and just being proactive. I was very satisfied with their quality of work and will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future. The whole company works with you from start to finish, very caring and professional. Thank you guys so much! Sincerely, S Davis

DRF’s representatives Andy and Joe were prompt and professional throughout the installation. They quickly identified and dealt with the sump pump failure during a routine water heater install. I was presented with options and they answered any question I threw their way. I will use DRF in the future.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. Recently purchased a new hot water heater from DRF thru Lowes. We were thrilled to see the stickers on the water heater boxes in Lowes stating same day service if purchase is made before noon of the same day. Worked with the DRF sales person and had everything submitted around 11:40. He told me we were all set and he would get everything submitted on his end and just needed to respond to a text message with some pictures of my existing water heater. Got the text and got pictures submitted by 11:50. Got a call at 12:10 from the dispatcher stating we missed the window and would have to wait until the next day. I corrected her and let her know everything was submitted in time and I expected same day service as advertised. She stated that her tech in my area was swamped and that I had to wait until the next day. I understand that businesses are shorthanded and exceptionally busy but if you advertise same day service you had better be able to deliver. The reason I made the purchase was due to Lowes reputation and promise of same day install. By the time I found out it was too late to find another same day provider.
