DRF Water Heating Solutions

We recently had to get our 12 yr old water heater replaced. DRF helped us select the right unit for our home. When the technicians arrived they accessed the situation. They did not force any extra fees on us, but explained our options and answered all of our questions. Andy and Noe worked clean and fast. And were very through. I felt extremely comfortable letting them into my home. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Andy G. and Noe P. They were great. Kevin and Kyle did a wonderful job on removing and replacing our hot water heater. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The job was performed efficiently and in a fair amount of time . The old water heater was taken away with them, the work area was cleaned, and the box that the new water came in was cut down so I could better recycle the pieces. Great job!

Two guys showed up to change our water heater. We had called Home Depot to purchase a water heater and Home Depot sent this company out. We had no choice. The guys show up and have me sign an “authorization to work” they don’t explain much till I ask. The installation was fine. But their attitude was not very professional. I am missing parts that belong to me from my water heater and I have some used parts (“old copper pipes”) installed along with a new water heater instead. I don’t know what happened to my parts. But they did leave behind plenty to packaging material al over my garage along with a box full of styrofoam and plastic wrap. Do not recommend.

The service from DRF was great and at a time we really needed it to be. Our water heater was leaking badly and it's on the second floor of our house so we needed it changed quickly. We had the water heater delivered within 2 hours and DRF was there by the end of the day, and on a Saturday at that. Andy did excellent work. He explained everything thoroughly, before the install, verified the need for any upgrades to bring the install up code and had the new unit installed within a few hours.

Andy was very friendly, the installation was very professional and the entire experience was a positive one. I would definitely use DRF Trusted Property Solutions the next time we have a plumbing-related problem at the house.

Tom was awesome. He and his partner Nick replaced our water heater is just under 1 hour. That's from parking in the driveway to driving off to their next destination. They were both very friendly and Tom took the time to explain everything in detail. He and Nick were both knowledgeable of our community's specific building codes and made a few helpful suggestions as I continue to maintain and update my home.
They did upgrade a couple things to keep me up to code and I passed my village plumbing inspection easily. They did not replace some older parts because they were still all functioning appropriately and in good shape. I love honesty! Everything in my house was left clean and I have peace of mind that the job was done right.

I am really satisfied with the service that Mike P. and Noe from DRF Trusted Property Solutions provided. They were professional, and friendly. I called Home Depot in the morning, and Mike and Noe came the same day! I got a telephone call, so I knew when they were on the way. They did an excellent job installing the hot water heater. They knew the Chicago codes. They answered all my questions, and demonstrated how the water heater worked. They cared about how clean the condo was when they left. I appreciate their service, and would highly recommend them. I am going to update a dishwasher soon, and will definitely request DRF.

DRF was fantastic!! My water heater quit working and from the time we first called until we were back up and running was about 4 hours. The company was very professional and easy to talk to. The plumbers that came to do the install, Tom R. and Alex, were very patient answering all my questions and concerns. They were also very clean and when they were done explained everything in great detail. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Tom R. and Alex and everybody at DRF for making this as easy and pain free as possible.

Kevin and his partner did a great job. I rent the property where the water heater was installed, and they had difficulty contacting my landlord for payment. They were very patient and waited until they could get a hold of him and went on with the install. Very personable and very professional. Highly recommend.

The service was Superior! The workers were friendly, professional, thorough and explained pricing upfront which is the way it should be.

They called in the morning to confirm appointment and I received a call one hour before their arrival.

They cleaned up their mess, took the garbage out and even wore booties over their shoes to respect keeping my floor clean.

They ate definitely great plumbers. The pricing is not the cheapest but it is well worth every penny.

I am a happy customer with a beautiful sink and faucet installed in my home.
