Great experience! Called about a new Home Depot water heater, purchased, scheduled, and installed all in the same day! They brought up my plumbing to code, carted off the old unit, and installed the new one without any issues. Polite and courteous crew. Would recommend, if you needed a water heater installed quickly - mine was leaking and it was only a matter of time!

I went to Home Depot to purchase my water heater. They called DRF for me and I set up for same day installation. I needed a permit from my town for the replacement, and went straight from Home Depot to the town offices. I was 10 minutes out of the store when DRF called to say Andy was on his way. By the time I got home with the permit, Andy and Clayton were waiting at my house. They were very polite and professional. The had the new water heater installed in about an hour and a half. It’s a very clean install and they explained everything I needed to know when they were done. I’m very happy with the service.

Great experience with water heater installation. They could quote me a price with options over the phone and then were ready to go when they got here. There were a few parts that they needed to replace once they saw the set up. I completely agreed with those. It was a bit of a mess.

I have used DRF through Home Depot twice now - once to install a toilet, and just today to install a new kitchen faucet. It has been a positive experience both times. Jesse and his assistant did a great job. They were able to install next day, explained everything that they would be doing before getting started, took out the old water heater, showed me how to use the new one, and cleaned up after themselves. Quick, courteous, and respectful! Highly recommend!

Both of the guys that came to install our water heater were very pleasant and professional. The lead person was Antwan, and he clearly knew what he was doing. I grew up in a plumber’s family and I can tell you They were very fast, efficient, and the work was excellent. They also were very concerned about not making a mess as they worked. If I had other plumbing needs I would be very happy if the two of them were the ones doing it.

Our water heater began breaking over the weekend and DRF responded to our call and came out that Monday ready to replace the heater. Tom and Noe were very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the entire process to me before as well as after the install. They got all of the work done in a hour and took the time to make sure I understood what they had done and how to operate everything before they left. Our new water heater is working well and I would definitely feel confident in calling them again for other work!

Our family was in dire need of having a 24 year old water heater tank to be replaced. It had slowly started dripping water and needed to be replaced immediately. The water heater that was suggested we purchase for the replacement tank did not work, it was too large to fit in the space allowed. Luckily Kevin, our installer, had another brand of water heater that would fit in the space that we have in a closet that basically houses our furnace and water heater tank. We're also fortunate that Kevin is as skilled as he is, because new pipes and fittings were needed to install the new water heater. He also needed to replace the aging ventilation that came off of the old water heater. He workerd competently, and without wasting time. Thankfully he allowed me to go and clean the closet area out before placing the new water heater tank with a catch pan. And I thanked him for taking just a little break to allow me to do so.

But what I found most amazing About Kevin, is that my 16 year old son really wanted to take a try at installing our water heater himself. He works with his father on such projects and had seen it done before and felt confident that he would be able to do it on his own, had we just gone out and bought one . His eyes were glued to what Kevin was doing has he worked. Noticing my son's keen interest, he strongly encouraged my son to look into an apprenticeship in the field of Plumbing which includes installing water heater tanks. He kindly left my son his card and a number he could call to contact when he decides to pursue this career.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Kevin and his helper Bailey who was also a pleasure to have help us out in the installation.

My very old hot water heater died on 7/31/18. Called DRF through the Home Depot 800-number the morning of 8/1/18. Reviewed my options with very friendly office staff. Chose my water heater and installation/service package. Installers showed up at about 1130am. Removed old unit. Installed new unit with required re-piping of water supply and gas lines. Done in 2 hours. An hour after they left, we had hot water again, as expected. Has been about a week and everything is working perfectly. Very pleased with purchase. Very pleased with my installation experience with DRF. Very grateful to have the option to quickly purchase the water heater I wanted with same-day installation.
