Griffin HVAC

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Doug at Griffin HVAC. He provided us with excellent service and is very honest. He didn’t try to up-sell like the other company. If we wanted a new system Griffin can definitely provide that but he fixed what was broken instead of trying to sell us more than we needed. We thought we had to go through a Carrier Dealer to get service for our Carrier system but then learned Griffin can service all brands. We now will be working with Griffin for any future need. We would highly recommend Griffin HVAC.

Made a call, and was pleasantly greeted by a human voice, not a machine. Extremely polite and professional, Very respectful of your home and surroundings and was a pleasure to have in our home. Doug and his team provide excellent service. We had a really old AC unit and furnace that went out the weekend of the 4th of July, 90 plus degrees. We made the call to Griffin on Monday for new units, and we had brand new AC and furnace installed the next day. Amazing response time! Zac and his colleague were professional and cleaned up after the job was finished. Can't recommend enough.

There was a possibility of a larger, more costly repair. They did it efficiently in a way that would be cost effective. They easily could have done the other and charged me more! The guy are super friendly and let a 6 year old hover. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a furnace tuneup to get ready for the Winter. Scheduling online was easy and they arrived on time and performed the checks and maintenance without issue. I brought up some concerns we had about our exhaust and they were able to make some adjustments and ran safety checks to put our mind at ease.

Appreciate their electronic receipts that explain their findings and work done.

Would highly recommend and would schedule service again without issue. For those wary of the Pandemic the technician arrived wearing PPE which was a plus.

Had an issue with rusted furnace B-Vent (roof exhaust vent) that was leaking water into the house - Doug replaced the old parts with "shiny new" & did a great job. Will contact Griffin in the future should the need arise.

Friendly professional service. The final bill was exactly what was quoted, even after repairing some duct work concerns that was not part of the original quote. I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Doug Ingersoll and Griffin HVAC for all your cooling and heating needs!

Once again Zack was very pleasant, cooperative, and knows what he is talking about. However, I was surprised that he didn't have a note in his records that he told me the Water Panel was all crusty in the Spring but since I wouldn't use it over the Summer, he would replace it in the Fall checkup.

Also, I've never had a check up that furnace vents were not replaced. I have had times when service guy forgot to bring two vents and only had one in the van. I have such bad arthritis in my hands, I doubt that I can pull out vents all the way and check them. Then successfully push them back in, but but I will try.

Called on Christmas Eve at 930pm... Doug was more than willing to come and look at our heating issue. I recommend him HIGHLY. On Christmas Eve... the coldest night of the season... he was willing to come out.
