Griffin HVAC was very responsive to my service request and quick to put me on the schedule. Derrick was super professional. He was on time and very quick with his repair. I appreciate that he explained everything to me so I could understand what I was being charged for. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend Griffin!

Josh came out on one of the hottest days of the year (also a Saturday.....also at 7 pm) and got our AC fixed. More than fair pricing and extremely friendly and professional. Absolutely thrilled.

Got our 17 year old furnace serviced today. Doug has a calm and cool demeanor. He is very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC system. Won't charge you for something that's not needed. He serviced our 17 old furnace, and while he was at it he noticed that my humidifier filter needed to be replaced (which I knew). He asked me if wanted it replaced. Just charged me for the filter, nothing else. Will definitely call Griffin HVAC for all my future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to the email communication and visits to the house, I was thoroughly impressed with Doug’s professionalism and knowledge. My boiler was in need of a lot of maintenance along with piping that had blockage and he went above and beyond repairing everything to give heat all through the house and recommending necessities to my boiler to keep it working properly. I will definitely recommend them to everybody. I know. Thank you so much again Doug!

Highly recommended! Doug is knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I love how you can easily make an appointment online. And when we had an issue after our first AC repair, he was back at our house within an hour after the initial call (over a holiday weekend no less!) Great customer service! At 11:30 pm last night, I realized my furnace was not working properly to heat my home. The temperature outside last night and today is below freezing. I called and left a message for Griffin HVAC at 7:58AM and received a call back within 3 minutes. Doug scheduled me for a same day appointment at 10:00AM; however, I received a call from Josh at 8:53AM and Josh was at my house repairing my furnace by 9:15AM.

Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to repair my system. When the work was complete, the price of the repair was reasonable and he informed me of their yearly maintenance program which I will be subscribing to as a result of the very responsive and excellent service that I received today.
