Great communication throughout entire job! Highly recommended!!

We called another service first who quoted us 1425 for a “bandaid repair.” It was going to take a few days to repair. M We we’re desperate, we had 3 kiddos in the house and a dog and the house was 85 degrees at one point. My mom did some research and thank god she did, this company comes highly rated for a reason. Doug came out and not only gave us a significantly better rate but also was able to fix our air TONIGHT! Use this crew for your A/C needs! We will be using them again.

The guys were very good!!! Very polite, very efficient. Cleaned up all mess from installing new furnace and heat pump. Explained everything to us about both furnace and heat pump. Would recommend them for this kind of job.

Doug is thorough when it comes to his business and his work. He has been to my house twice now once to put in a Nest and the other furnace repair. During that time I signed up for his maintenance program that is fair. The rest of my family has called Doug and all have been pleased with his quality of work.

Doug came out orginally and gave me the estimate after I agreed to the quote I asked him if there was any way possible to get the repairs done the same day, (never dreaming he would say yes). He told me he would make sure it was working before he left that evening. I was elated! He left to get parts and returned with helpers and they were there until after dark and when they left I had a working furnace, and they returned early the next morning to complete the duct work.
I WILL recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC assistance!

Arrived and fixed all within the hour, awesome service!

We've used Griffen for multiple properties in the past year and a half. Generally the service is very timely and reasonably priced. We have been pleased with the results. With the install of a new system, I didn't like the cold air return, they changed it out no problem. Small local operation, happy to support that. It has been easier to be in contact with Griffen HVAC and schedule service compared to a much larger, and reputable, local business that I had previously used. We do recommend their services!

Had a problem with a large amount of heat in the upstairs vs downstairs.

Called out a HVAC company to look at it, they told me I needed a $5000 mini split to keep the upstairs at a decent temp.

Called Griffin HVAC, the tech took a look at everything, and walked me through the fact that my attic is poorly insulated and the upstairs rooms leak cold air like a sieve. Fixing that would alleviate much of the unpleasantness, save me money on energy bills, and gave me a reference to a good local insulator.

He said after all that was done would be a good time to discuss heating/cooling if it was still an issue.

Oh and he pointed out the main blower fan was set on low, turned it up which immediately helped some with the upstairs cooling. This cost me $0.

Do you want repeat customers? Because that's how you get them. I know who I will be calling when my old furnace fails.
