Great work!! This is the second year in a row that I’ve used Griffins and again the service was prompt, professional, and thorough. Communication was given every step of the way. I appreciated their attention to detail and honesty in fixing only what needed fixed. I highly recommend Griffin HVAC and will use again when needed.

Doug got here on time and took care of our air conditioner quickly on a very hot day. He was very professional. Would definitely recommend Griffin HVAC!

Great customer service! Doug called me back almost immediately to schedule an appointment and showed up right on time. He fixed the issue quickly and made my week! I appreciate Griffin’s appointment notification system, too—getting confirmation on the appt was reassuring.

The techs showed up and quickly diagnosed and repaired my air conditioner - no problems with it now. The lead tech left a comment that I need to clean the unit on the repair report. When I contacted him about why he did not clean the unit he said that "they do not do that unless requested". It is a separate charge and I only called for service - not a cleaning. When I mentioned that other HVAC companies I have used have done the cleaning when they came out he smart-mouthed replied that I "should go use those companies instead" and that "no one does that". I switched to Griffin because we had a different tech come out and he was great. Unfortunately the good tech left the company and after the disrespect the new tech gave me, I will switch back to a company with complete service and respectful employees.

Highly recommend, professional and great service. They previously installed my AC and smart thermostat and did great. I choose them over the competition anyday! I call them for all my heating/AC services and you should too :)

This is a very responsive company with very knowledgeable employees. They performed the work quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I will absolutely give this company all my business in the future. I highly recommend them for all future HVAC needs.

Just got some work done by Doug and Zack. Both are extremely polite and professional. They arrived on time, did everything we needed and left no mess behind. The job took a little longer than estimated but Doug kept to the original labor quote. That is almost unheard of these days. If you are looking for honesty and integrity from your HVAC guy, look no further than Griffin. We will use them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Doug is very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. His service bill is detailed and comprehensive. Today he replaced a capacitor for my air conditioner (which he carried on his truck). He has kept my 21 year old HVAC system going. I found that the cost of his maintenance plan was a good value! I was pleased with a ecobee thermostat that Doug installed. Doug takes pride in his work.

Great company. Scheduled online and the technician showed up promptly on my scheduled day. Quickly identified several potential issues and resolved the problem for a very reasonable price.
