Doug and Team are awesome. I scheduled a repair maintenance on a Friday afternoon for my broken capacitor. Doug was here in the evening fixed things for me and he also bought an instant motor fan for my broken fan motor. He always make sure we are happy with their service. I know who to contact from now for my AC/ heating issues or maintenances. I highly recommend for all your HVAC problems.

We called Griffin HVAC on a Saturday morning and they were able to get to our house the same day. They provided a full report of the system and the repairs they made. I would highly recommend!

Called for a Saturday service visit to check on furnace for elderly parents. Upon arriving it was discovered the "issue" was simply confusion on operating the system. Griffin set the thermostat, checked for proper furnace operation, and ended the visit (without charge). Refreshing to know there are honest/reputable businesses to call upon, will definitely use for all HVAC needs going forward.

My evaporator coil was freezing up and I was unable to get to the house to fix myself. I called these guys out and they came pretty quickly. (Even asked to come in earlier if we were available) I was okay with the price and happy to utilize them again in the future if needed. Thanks again for coming so quickly and on short notice.

Wonderful customer service! So appreciate how efficient & knowledgeable Griffin's staff is. On hot days, when your air goes out, it's so frustrating. Griffin always makes the experience better by sending out the best people to handle the job quickly & with the utmost care. My air was back up & running in no time!

My thermostat quit working on sunday, it said the batteries needed to be replaced but they didn't. The gentleman came out and clean the contacts on the batteries and voila, I had heat.

He was very nice and very professional, it wasn't cheap to learn that I needed to clean the battery contacts, but now I know.

Doug got here within 20 minutes of our call (after hours) and had it diagnosed and fixed within less than an hour. Extremely good price, especially for after hours service. Highly recommend this company!
