Chose them to install my new AC unit Doug came out and gave me the estimate which was a good value and didn’t try to give me what I didn’t need, the install was perfect they were professional and courteous throughout the whole install, they nailed it on quality will definitely go back to them if I need anything serviced or installed

They are truly someone to rely on when things are not going well. They also make sure that you are ready for each season. Doug is kind and caring.

We knew we would have to replace our old furnace and AC system soon. But, it died on a Friday. Griffin was able to send a tech out that day to get it running until they were able to get the replacement furnace and AC installed that next week. Doug, Cade, and the other tech (apologies for not remembering his name) did a great job, were professional, and were more great with answering my questions involving the function of the system, maintenance, etc. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs any HVAC work.

After 2 other HVAC companies came out and did not fix my problem, I called Griffin. They were prompt and professional but more importantly were able to fix my problem at a very reasonable price. I will call them first for all my HVAC needs in the future.

This company is so adaptive! I made an appointment with them some time ago, but came down with Covid and was unable to fly home for my appointment. In the midst of the symptoms of Covid, I forgot all about the appointment until the weekend before. A family member was able to leave a key for the technician, who I trusted implicitly to perform any needed services. I was able to call the technician, Doug, the morning of the appointment to update him on access. He completed service quickly, with a detailed invoice showing all of the tests performed, which was then emailed to me. I am so happy I did the service contract with Griffin as it offers a system check just before all of our inclement weather hits this winter! Thank you, Doug, for your professionalism and attention to detail!

On the coldest day Peoria has experienced in quite some time (-10 degrees-this is the temp, not wind chill), my furnace igniter decided to stop working at 9pm. My house temp plummeted to 59 and I was frantically looking for emergency HVAC services. I called Griffin HVAC at 9:15pm. Doug called me back within 15 min and told me he would be at my place soon. The exhaust valve outside was poorly installed and Doug reoriented that and removed snow from the valve that was blocking air intake. He also recommended maintenance which I will certainly be using Griffin HVAC for. Thanks a ton to Doug and Griffin HVAC for preventing this family of 5 from checking into a hotel on the coldest day of the year.

What can I say? Loved the service and the professionalism from this company! Blower motor went out on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday morning and when the part wasn't in stock, they installed a loaner until the part gets here! Great service! Great techs! Highly recommend!

My furnace stopped working, and Griffin was able to send a technician within 2 hours. Not only was the technician early, but he stuck around past his scheduled time to record temperature readings and make sure the furnace was working properly. Thank you Griffin!
