I'm a first-time customer and was in need of service. After I submitted an online service request, I received a call back in under an hour. Who does that today? Then I was told I could get service the very next day. Again, who does that?
The Tech(Chris), arrived on time. He had my problem diagnosed in under 10 minutes. After he addressed that issue, he checked the complete operation of the Furnace. There is a lot going on behind the covers of an energy-efficient furnace.
We can't say enough on how pleased we are with the tech, and trouble-free.

WATCH OUT they don't rip you off!
My aunt had Trouble Free install a new HVAC system for $12,000. She had their “gold plan”, which gave her "free" checkups on the system for $19.95 per month. This money was deducted directly from her checking account each month.
She sold her home and cancelled the checkups. They continued to take money. Letter was sent. They took out more money.
Although these withdrawals finally stopped, they refused to refund money taken after cancellation! No reputable business rips people off like this, certainly not an elderly widow on a fixed income.
Needless to say, Trouble Free will NOT be receiving any further business from my family.

As in the past, Skylar Fischer arrived at appointment time. He is very professional and friendly. He checked over every aspect of my furnace in preparation for winter. Brought the new furnace filters I had requested. He and the young man he was training did a great job! I appreciate Trouble Free sending Skyler, a technician I am familiar.

Called trouble free to have them come and look at our water softener. On the phone I was quoted $100. I was on a work trip when they came and my wife was charged $220. When I called to ask about the discrepancy they told me it was because they "tested" the water. The water test consisted of them hooking up a pressure gauge to our spigot to test the pressure. I could have bought the gauge for $10 and done it myself or you can pay them $120 to do it.
They suggested putting in a pressure regulator valve because we had high water pressure. Well I just had someone else come and check out my system for a pre-install check of a new water softener. My water pressure is at 68psi which is completely normal.
So not only did they charge me over double but they also tried to get me to install something I didn't need. Watch out for trouble free and go with someone else.
