Great experience with the technician… and in general I’ve had good experience with the company in the past. One word of caution though.. if you sign up for the annual maintenance plan, set yourself a reminder to call them to schedule it in the spring and fall because they won’t call you. They are, however, very efficient about making sure they bill you annually.. so if you don’t call them to schedule you’ll be paying for something that you didn’t get. This year I got my annual AC check in august because I didn’t remember to call until June and they couldn’t get me in until august. Luckily there wasn’t anything wrong with it! Guess I should call to schedule the furnace check up next week.
