Thank you Karl, Tom, Jen. Modern Air Karl came out and fixed my air conditioner when the temperature was way above 90's. Was at the house within 2hrs.after I contacted them. They are very professional and at your needs for any problems you may have. I would highly recommend Modern Air to anyone.

This is such a great HVAC company. I've been using their services for years, and I've run the gamut - service calls, complete HVAC system replacement - which, their pricing was excellent and they did a great job on - and routine maintenance to make sure everything continues to run as it should. All of their techs are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Tom came out today for routine maintenance and checkup, and as always, he was on time (early, even - but he always lets you know when he's on his way and an estimated time of arrival), personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. Highly recommend Modern Air!

Our Thermostat turned off during the day. We did not notice until late in the day and our technician was there a half hour after we called. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in about 39 minutes. Can’t say how much we appreciated the quick response and fast repair.

First time using them but was impressed with their reviews for great service. Lisa was very friendly when I called and explained my situation with my furnace. So I scheduled my appointment with them and the service tech (Karl) did an excellent job on the service end. Very polite, was masked for covid, wore his shoe coverings in the house, and explained in detail what had happened to cause my issue. I did decide to go on their annual service contract plan since my experience with them was flawless. Thanks again!

They were able to come the same day I called after an AC issue on the hottest day of the year. The tech fixed the issue within minutes and even had the part on hand. Will definitely be using them again for all my HVAC needs!

Tom was pleasant and always professional. Never had a problem with the company over 5 years now. Will continue my maintenance contract with them.

The new air conditional was installed today. A few obstacles popped up but Ian quickly determined a solution. Ian was able to explain every step of the process to me in a manner that I could understand. After the installation, Ian went to work cleaning up any residuals. Ian was calming in his tone, professional in his nature and truly a pleasure to be around. Even our dog took a shine to Ian. If my dog likes you, then you are good people!

I normally do not do reviews, but I felt it was a must to praise M.A.S for the A++ service I received from start to finish. I spoke to 8 different local HVAC companies and by far, Jennifer and her team are “THE BEST”. From Lisa and Leah answering my questions all day no matter how many times I called to Tom with the speedy quotes to service literally the next day for the installation. Fabian and Louis did an awesome job and made my entire family feel safe and respected with their professionalism and courtesy. They answered all questions and walked us through everything they did. I highly recommend the membership! This company seriously made me feel as if I was their only customer! This is me tipping my hat off to you guys Jennifer and Lisa! Thank you again!!!

Tom and his crew at Modern Air were a pleasure to work with. Tom provided comprehensive overview of recommended replacement HVAC systems for our consideration and answered all of our questions. The crew on install day were friendly, responsive and very considerate of our home. They left the spaces exactly as they found them and cleaned up thoroughly. Jesus provided a detailed explanation of our new thermostat and all of the new system features. Well done!

Karl is very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. MAS is lucky to have such a great technician working for them. He has been maintaining my Carrier central A/C system and furnace after it became harder for the company that installed the systems to get out to my location on a convenient schedule for me. I highly recommend this company!
