Antonio did a great job checking our furnace. I love Modern Air Solutions. We have chosen them for years now. There have never been any concerns.

From the start of the process, talking with sales representative (Casey) getting information on the product and a quote on that product to the installation of the product (Fabian and his two man crew) the total experience was fantastic. Casey was so knowledgeable of the product and came in with a price quote way below my budget, I signed the contract right on the spot. I cancelled the other three appointments I had. A week later the three man installation crew showed up (on time) and proceeded to install my new heating and air system. Their work ethic was unbelievable!! By end of day my new system was up and running. It's been about a month, now, and my new system is working efficiently, quiet, just as it should. My experience with Modern Air Solutions was fantastic. I will use no one else but them to service my unit. GREAT JOB!! NICE PEOPLE!!

Doing business Modern Air Solutions was a pleasant experience all around. Fabian and Luke were our installers and they worked great as a team. They arrived promptly at 8am and got right to work. They explained the work that they would complete along with their labor and warranty program. Upon completion we were given a complete walkthrough again of everything that was done. From customer service, sales and install all worked in sync to provide us a great value. It was money well spent! I highly recommend Modern Air Solutions!

Modern Air Solutions came out today 7/6 after I called them with a noise concern with my A/C unit outside. Jorge Garcia found the issue within 15 minutes. I laughed with relief because it was a simple fix. As always, I appreciate Modern Air Solutions ability to respond quickly to address my concerns even if it was simple fix.

Jorge was great when he came to clean our AC during our yearly scheduled maintenance! Detailed exactly what he was going to do, got the work done quickly and asked if we had any questions. Jorge also back in Winter 2021 was the person who repaired our furnace when it went out, and knew exactly which part needed to be replaced (has been working like a charm since)!

Jorge identified my issue and resolved within 15 minutes. And had me back up and running 30 minutes later! Very knowledgeable, sociable, and professional!

Modern Air solutions has many professional, qualified HVAC technicians like Jorge on staff: knowledgeable in their craft, knowledgeable about the equipment, friendly, and happy to talk with the customer about any issues or questions.

Their work is always fast and thorough. They leave everything better than they found it. They will offer suggestions for other products and services but don’t do a “hard sell” - they give the facts and will leave info for the homeowner to review and call back if the homeowner decides they want something more.

Always happy to have Modern Air Solutions staff stop by for regular scheduled maintenance. Especially happy with Modern Air Solutions responsiveness and capabilities to quickly resolve issues for unscheduled service and repair calls.

Had a great experience with Modern Air. Called them when my furnace stopped working. They came out and diagnosed the issue right away. Did a temporary fix to get the heat back up and then came back a few days later with the replacement part to complete the repair. Their communication and transparency was excellent. Plus their maintenance program ended up saving me a bunch on the part we needed. Very happy with the work they did and will definitely use them again.

Can’t say enough about Modern Air Solutions, who came to my rescue when the tech from my home warranty company improperly installed a replacement compressor. From the initial calls with the owners Tom and Jennifer, to the installer Fabian, Modern Air was just wonderful to work with! They only replaced what was needed (the outside condenser unit) as the inside evaporator coil was just fine. Tom even helped me with getting partially reimbursed from my home warranty company since they have incompetent techs. So if you’re looking for a company that does great work and has integrity, Modern Air should be your call!
