This review is long overdue, but still very relevant. We participate in the Modern Air Solutions maintenance agreement, which provides us with checkups of our systems in the Spring and the Fall. On 11/8/21 Matt came over to perform the Fall checkup and noticed a crack on the heat exchanger of our 19 year old Carrier furnace. Per Illinois regulations, he was required to condemn our furnace and disconnected it. This happened at around 11am and by 6pm we had Casey at our home discussing new furnace options. We made our decision on Tuesday and on Wednesday Ian installed our new furnace. The service we receive from Modern Air every time is the same - AMAZING! They are responsive, courteous, respectful and fair. I didn’t even bother calling other HVAC companies to price compare, because I always feel confident that Modern Air’s pricing is fair and the service is simply the best! If you are looking for a quality HVAC company that is honest and provides quality work, please give Modern Air Solutions a try. I know you will not be disappointed!!

I have been a Modern Air customer for close to six years now. Every Maintenance Technician has been respectful of my home and very thorough in completing their task. Lisa will always dispatch service in a timely matter. Timothy was our Tech today, and while not the regular Tech that comes to my house, he made me feel like family. His explanation of the matter was outstanding and followed through. I can’t think of one negative of this company from installing to yearly maintenance to repairs. It’s top-notch.

Straightforward and easy to work with. On time, clean and friendly service for my service calls and a fair price. I don't trust my hvac work and maintenance to anyone else. Always very professional and top quality work!

Modern Air Solutions is the best heating and air conditional business around. I used them for the first time during an emergency air conditioning crisis and they arrived on time and resolved my problem immediately. A few years later we upgraded our entire heating and air conditioning system and they provided several options and price points. We continue to have them come over and service both units twice a year and they offer a fantastic warranty plan. A+++
