Modern Air Solutions sent Jesus, Nathan, and Mike to replace an old AC, and also clean and seal my duct work. All three were professional on time and hard workers. Job took 8.5 hours total from arrival to departure. House was left as it looked when they arrived. Could not be happier with the job they did.

Service arrived promptly at 0800, assigned time. He went over my concerns and addressed all the problems. He was professional and advised me about all services available.

While there are likely places out there that will give better pricing, each technician I’ve worked with at Modern Air is super friendly and makes me feel comfortable. I feel whatever is being serviced is being done accurately, professionally, and that they aren’t just in a rush to get done. Our tech this time was Timothy, and he was really nice and kept me informed of everything he was doing during the whole process.

We signed up for a full system install. Fabien and Nate showed up early and ready to go. They asked about shoe covers and masks. After showing them the existing system they went about their work. They were 75% done by noon. Fabien had a previous appointment so Carl joined in. The next thing I knew, the job was done and we were ready to try out the new thermostat and A/C. Great job all around. We are very pleased with our choice to go with Modern Air Solutions.

I’ve used modern air for years. They’re always dependable. My son unfortunately lost his boa constrictor and we thought it got into the vent. I was going to cancel my maintenance that was pre scheduled but my technician Tom S offered to do the maintenance and help look for the snake! We haven’t found the snake yet but I was so grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond!

Ian, Tom, and the Modern Air Solutions team were great to work with! We needed a whole new HVAC system, which is about as big of a purchase as you're going to make in a house. They were able to come out the same day when I called to get an estimate on a system, and scheduled the installation within a few days of my commitment. Pricing was very competitive, responsiveness to questions and changes was almost immediate.

The install crew was on time as promised, courteous, and very careful in the house including masks at all times while inside. The laid down tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up after themselves.

All in all we were extremely satisfied with the process, the service, and the whole experience and I strongly recommend them!

Update: my second experience with Modern Air Solutions went just as well as the first one did! The appointment reminders and text updates are super helpful. Karl came out for a regular A/C checkup and was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. This company's employees are top notch! I'm looking forward to the furnace checkup in the fall.

My first contact with Modern Air Solutions was on the phone, after a different company blew me off and I was without A/C during what felt like the hottest day of the year. Michael returned my call promptly, had me check a few things, and got me on the schedule ASAP (over a holiday weekend, no less). I received text messages informing me who was coming and when he was on his way. My technician was Nick - very professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, told me what was happening and why, and also provided a detailed estimate as well. Now my A/C is back up and running, and I feel confident that it was fixed correctly this time by someone who knows what he's doing. Top notch, A+++, and they now have a very happy new customer!
