Ian finished our recent furnace install by updating the software on our infinity thermostat and thoroughly explaining how to use the app. As when he installed our furnace, he was very professional and more than willing to answer all my questions. Definitely a top notch employee at Modern Air Solutions.

We wish we found this company sooner. From the first visit to the the installation, our experience with Modern Air has been excellent. Each and every tech that has assisted us in our home have been wonderful. Our install techs Lewis and Nathan walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with our new system setup. We finally found a company that we can trust and rely on. Thank you!

Very impressed with Modern Air Solutions! Super friendly techs and sales people, and they took the time to answer all of our questions about our new heat pump and furnace. Very responsive and great follow through-they even did a carpet cleaning on a spot that got a bit muddy, and offered to deal with our HOA if they made a fuss about the new unit.

Antonio was extremely professional, taking time to perform a very thorough cleaning and inspection of both systems, including checking all parts for any damage or malfunction. He also showed me before and after pictures of my air conditioner. What a difference! Absolutely top notch service, Antonio, thank you!

Called Modern Air Solutions earlier this week after discovering that our furnace wasn’t pushing heat through the house and the issue appeared to be beyond basic troubleshooting.

Put in an appointment request on their website, which was insanely easy, and received a call to schedule an appointment within the hour! Paint me impressed, to say the least. They had a same day appointment, but worked with me on scheduling to come out the next day.

Matt came out on time for the appointment and explained the steps he was doing, what he was thinking as he worked through it, and was extremely transparent. It was refreshing.

Turned out to need a replacement board for the furnace, which Matt had on hand. Swapped it out and discussed their membership plan that’d cut 30% off the price that day and included a maintenance check be scheduled next season for the furnace. Quickly checking the math, it made sense and was a good option to save some money on the work.

Matt was incredibly friendly and respectful during his visit, while he was doing the work, and overall exceptional with getting the problem sorted out; even testing it to confirm once the work was done and letting me know what to keep an eye out for.

Good, trustworthy help is always hard to find. But will definitely be calling Modern Air again and recommending them to anyone who might need a hand with their HVAC systems as winter rolls on in.

Update - 2/21/23
Ian came out today to install our new furnace following a consultation with Casey and it was an exceptionally great experience. They were able to work with us on the cost given the recent work that'd gone into our old furnace and the need to do additional work to add a return in our upstair space.

Overall, again a tremendously great experience. Ian and his team were consummate professionals getting the new system installed, walking us through how it worked, what to look out for if the system throws any errors, and what to expect in the near and long term with regards to the system working, associated energy costs (which will lower our bill overall given the efficiency of the newer system) and happily geeked out with us over the technical aspects of the system and what it was capable of if we ever look at implementing solar with the electrical in our home.

Absolutely love working with Modern Air Solutions and, while we never hope anything breaks with the system, we know that if something does we're in genuinely good, competently skilled hands that charge fairly for truly excellent work.

I called Modern Air on a Saturday morning because my heat had stopped working. Matt came out on the same day and repaired the issue. He went above and beyond the repair to prevent a future repair from occurring. Matt was professional and courteous, and did a great job explaining the work that was done. Thanks again for fixing my issue so quickly.
