It was easy to make an appointment. He showed up during the arrival window, was friendly and polite and did his job quickly and efficiently. Everything went great today!

I have gotten a new AC unit and air handler in my condo unit. Crne did a very professional job. The men were on time, polite and got the job done in the time they said it would be completed. I would recommend Crne to anyone with confidence that their products and work would be excellent.

I have known Crne Heating for several years. They replaced my roof top air conditioner July 2016. Al Crne did my work. He is quick, efficient and trustworthy. The price was reasonable. Crne is the company for all my heating needs. They arrive exactly at the time scheduled and are pleasant and efficient. Steve did my work today.

I had an issue with my A/C unit back in early June, and at the time, CRNE'S was the only company available to come out for a service call. They arrived more than two hours past the window I was given, but that's the least of my problems with this company.

I had recently moved into my house and the builder whom I bought from told me the A/C unit was in working condition, which was not the case as CRNE'S techs correctly found. Even though the unit was plugged into the circuit breaker, there was no Freon and the valves were closed.

After a very brief diagnostic check on the unit, the techs told me the compressor was fried and quickly came to the conclusion that the A/C unit had to be replaced. They said if I agreed to the new installation, they would waive the $150+ diagnostic fee.

I had a feeling I was being ripped off, so I went with another company that found the compressor was not fried and that the A/C unit, which is a 2017 model, worked just fine once the Freon was added and the pressure adjusted. CRNE's didn't think to charge the system—for a reason.

I called CRNE'S to ask for a refund for the diagnostic fee (not the $90 trip charge) because their diagnosis was blatantly wrong. The woman I spoke with, Joy, refused, despite the fact that I emailed them a copy of the other company's service ticket showing the unit worked after properly being serviced.

She claimed I was being "charged for the service call and the time the techs spent with me." In other words, I was being charged for the time the techs spent lying to me.

CRNE's cannot be trusted. And even if it was an honest mistake, would you really want a company that cannot correctly perform a simple diagnostic check to service, repair and/or install your HVAC system?

Avoid this HVAC company and keep looking.

Steve is very personable and efficient. We have been working with Steve for 5 years (I was pregnant with my 2nd kid when my heater went out). He's always been honest and up front with any work we've needed done - making sure to keep me apprised on price fluctuations for things we might need in the future. It's like seeing a member of the family when he comes for his twice yearly visits to check and make sure things are working as they should!

CRNE came out same day and fixed the issue in an hour! Joy was awesome to work with and coordinated everything with our property manager! Will definitely use again.

We have been using CRNE's for many years and couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness and problem solving skills. I have recommended them to friends who have also been impressed with their work.

For anyone reading this review that has felt the bite of disappointment related to finding that one trustworthy, competent, empathetic, reliable (and affordable) trade partner - you will love CRNE’s.
