CRNE'S Environmental Control

The technician was on time and efficient. I had lots of questions about the system. He answered them all, including how to use the thermostat. He even checked the thermostat batteries. I strongly recommend this company.

Cannot rate CRNE highly enough! We had been with a well known heating company for years but with our very tricky HVAC system we weren’t able to get a good solution from them to a major AC issue. I found CRNE on a Facebook group page and was impressed beginning with the initial estimate. The estimator took a ton of time to understand our house, our system and our needs. That was followed by a visit from the owner who also went through everything well before the actual install.

We then had a team in place who handled any issues that came came up during the installation with very minimal disruption to us. Even after the install, CRNE walked me through how to use anything and even came out recently again to help adjust for the switch to heating, in addition to the tune up visit.

Office staff incredibly helpful as well. Communicating after hours, helping hold us over when the original AC went out when it was 100 degrees etc. Just overall a terrific experience. So very happy we switched to CRNE.

I have been a customer of CRNE'S Environmental HVAC for 12 years. I live in a condo and have regular spring and fall checkups. They kept my furnace and AC working during this time. They recently installed a new furnace and AC system when the old wore out and they determined it was cost effective to install a new system. They are honest and reliable and I know I can depend on them.

Great service by Al and team. I called for service when my AC stopped working and they came out shortly after I called to assess my problem and associated fix. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from Crne's. My overall experience was outstanding from my initial contact thru the installation. The sales representative was knowledgeable, patient and timely. For someone like me that knows absolutely nothing of heating and cooling systems, it was a pleasure to deal with someone that REALLY made me feel confident in my decisions. The installation crew was again timely, considerate of my property and not only installed everything (correctly) but cleaned up as though they had never even been here. I highly recommend this company and give them a 10 in overall performance. And the price is right!!!

We have been using CRNE's for our furnace, a/c, and generator upkeep and maintenance for years and they have been fantastic! We had them install a new a/c unit this past year and it is working great too. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

From making original appointment to confirming appointment to the technician Tommy who was right on time and explained what he was doing and the amount of time it would take. Also impressed with the coverage of his shoes to keep my condo clean.
