Green Air Care technician promptly responded to a service call for our ac unit. He identified and thoroughly fixed a clogging issue, and even went the extra step of adjusting the parts to prevent future issues. We really appreciated his great communication and thoroughness, very pleased with his service.

We're delighted with the new furnace and air conditioning system installed. However, AFTER the installation, we had people over to give quotes on installing insulation in the attic and we were informed they wouldn't do the work because ductwork in the attic has been installed improperly. Very disappointed. We hired GreenAir Care because they are experts, yet the new ducts they installed in the attic were placed too close to the roof. Now ductwork needs to be moved to create sufficient space between ducts and ceiling. They should have known this as they are the experts. Seeking some resolution.

I can think of nothing else I would have wished from a service provider. Prompt initial response, Good pricing, very good warranty, on time for appointment. Knowledgeable, polite service techs, Work was performed with no delays. And there was good, prompt follow up after the sale and installation. Green Air Care have already been registered and I received confirmation of such the day after the install. Green Air Care is also filing for a rebate with Duke Energy on my behalf... Which will result in further savings. Could not be happier with the experience
