I submitted my request for vent cleaning service Saturday evening. One tech from Green Air Care called me the same night and said he could be at our house the next day. He showed up at 12:00, he was very professional, explained what he was going to do then did it. Would I hire him again? Absolutely, in fact I am having him back to do all the vents and ducting in the house.

The young men (Joshua R. and his partner) were on time (and called ahead to notify me of their expected arrival time in advance), and very professional. They answered all my questions and offered future advice for me as well. Respectful of my property as well. I also appreciate that the company called to remind me the day before of my appointment.

I have subscribed to a Green Air Care plan at $20pm and I am happy with the quality of service and courteous staff. Will recommend anyone looking for a Green Air Care contract. It was a hassle free experience.

Saturday night emergency call was responded to by service tech in 30 min. who straighten things out in another 30 minutes. Technician provided clear info about problem and solution. Very satisfied with our experience with this company.

Scheduled an AC cleaning 3 months ago… (because that was the first opening they had) . Called in the morning to get a better time frame as to when they would be out and they informed me that they canceled my appointment after they came out for a repair call during my 3 month wait.
