O'Dell's was recommended to me when my furnace went out. Knowing my home was without heat they were able to get me in during the same week and even offered to work overtime on Saturday if required. They treated me fairly and went out of their way to walk me through filling out any applicable rebate forms. All in all they are humans helping other humans exist. Definitely recommend.
