O'Dell's Heating and Air Conditioning

Had two electric wall units that put out heat and air conditioning. We had electric at our home...no gas. We talked about getting furnace put in and central air but being our house is all electric, he would have to do a lot of ductwork and it would have used up part of a room and we didn't want to go that way. And I didn't know anything about the wall unit so he gave us another alternative and told us how the wall units work. So that's the way we went. The two units heated and cooled our home great. Our home is over 2100 sq ft.
He was nice, cleaned up after him self and we thought the price was fair and he was knowledgeable about the wall units. I mean wall units isn't something you see in homes. Would definitely recommend Josh.

I had O'dells come for my furnace. They reset a switch and let it run for a while. Before they left, they contacted the boss and was instructed to shut my furnace down due to a cracked heat exchange unit. What I don't understand is how can you come to that conclusion without checking the heat exchange for cracks!. Thanks for charging me $75.00 for nothing. The furnace is still doing the same thing. The employee was very nice but I was left with uncertainty and more frustration than before. No for sure answers. Seriously!

A big thank you to Kelsey, Tom, and the whole O'Dells team. Tom found the problem with my furnace, fixed it, was able to take my payment on the spot. Plus, my receipt was emailed, so, thank you, O'Dells for being green!

Damaged my property with an experiment. Didn't take responsibly, and kept all the cash I gave him in advance, more than $200. Thank god for home owners insurance to cover all my damages. Didn't do anything to make it right, that's too bad.
