I’m not one to post reviews but I wanted to thank Brian, the Heating and Cooling Guy for a great job on fixing our A/C system. We lost our A/C last night and it was 85 in the house. I called him first thing this morning and he came right over. I think he went above in beyond providing great customer service and answering our questions. Everything was done in a professional manner. I appreciated his technical expertise and the great tips he provided on how to maintain our system and to cut down on our electric bill. I really appreciate all of his advice. For me he was the right person for the job. Thanks again Brian!

Brian was great. He was flexible with scheduling. He provided great energy saving tips in addition to the services we hired him to complete (thermostat install).

Brian is always there for me even when I make dumb mistakes. For example, most recently I had Royal HVAC Cleaning Company (do not use this company please they are bad) to clean my ducts and they were supposed to do the furnace as well. Well they did not do their job correctly resulting in my system freezing up. Brian came out at 10pm, dethawed my system, and got it back working properly. He has installed a Central Air unit and just keeps my whole system working like it should at a reasonable price. Being a single mom home owner I would probably be up a creek without a paddle without Brian. I promise you will not be disappointed with his service. Thank you Brian for everything. I truly appreciate you and I promise to call you before I make any decisions that could result in another 10pm service call. I would've added pictures of the most recent adventure but I couldn't figure out how.

Great service! Not only did he find/fix the issue he walked the home and gave some really good tips to save money on the climbing electric bill! Having young kids he also had some great safety tips. Very reasonably priced! Quick call back and very knowledgeable.

Today our AC went out at our house, After seeing many good reviews and seeing he does not charge time and a half like most companies on weekends I gave him a call! Brian said he wouldn’t be able to make it out until Monday, Brian knew it was hot today and with that being said he decided to troubleshoot over the phone! He walked me through several steps to trying to identify the problem causing the AC to be putting warm air out! After diagnosing the problem, Brian allowed me to come to his house and borrow all of his equipment and walking me through step by step of what needed to be completed to correct the problem! Our house is now cool, and thanks to Brian I have a little more knowledge on an Air conditioner! We returned the equipment and Brian even had a piece of BBQ waiting for us to try! I highly recommend calling The Heating and Cooling guy before any other company if you have any problems arise with your AC/Heater! Thanks again Brian

Brian is quick, fast, and efficient! Gave him a call the day our A/C wasn’t blowing cool air (first home buyers) and he informed me that my A/C had leaked all it’s Freon and that my unit was way too small for my size house. This call quickly became a life lesson as he continued to inform me of all the does and don’t of HVAC. I was astonished on the amount of knowledge he had and I was all ears. He laid out multiple plans and estimates for me and gave me ample information. We decided to give our system an upgrade and boy did Brian come through with an amazing deal and very quick service! Unfortunately the scheduled day of installment was a very rainy day, I honestly thought Brian would reschedule but he didn’t! He called me and told me he’d be getting a tent to work in the rain! I know very few people who would do that and I highly recommend Brian and his team!

Brian was great! Seen all his good reviews online so figured we'd give him a shot. Had him come out to service both our HVAC systems. He was very good at explaining things and answering all my questions. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and will use his services in the future.

Brian was able to service our furnace quickly. Even though the part we needed didn't come in for a few days, he was at our house as quickly as he could be to repair it. He did a great job, and he was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone with Heating/Cooling issues.

I don't normally write reviews but I really felt like I needed to for the install of a new furnace and a/c that the Heating and Cooling Guy completed at our home. First and foremost, I have to say the professionalism, promptness, courtesy, and the care both Brian and Frank took while in our home is second to none. Brian is a follow through and get the job done right type individual. He took time to explain the quote, the process, and he kept us informed along the way as to when equipment was coming and when he was going to be at our home. He made sure nothing was damaged by putting carpets and drop tarps down throughout where he was in our home. Along with the install, Brian reworked some ducting and return air to improve our air quality and it even provided us with more space. Hats off to you guys on a job well done!

No integrity! Very dishonest! To bad Im finding out $1600 later. Long story short, I hired a technician (22yrs of experience) from C& K heating and cooling to look at my ac unit because my home was 89 degrees Wednesday night. Needless to say the technician was dumbfounded with what he saw. He stated the coil is way too small for a home my size. The tech called 6 different ac parts stores and there is no record of this coil ever existing. He also googled the parts number and got nothing. He believes Brian installed what appears to be a mobile home coil unit in my 2800 sq ft home. He also started that this is not the first time he’s had to clean up Brian’s mess. I tried reaching out to Brian,
but to add insult to injury he has not responded to any of my calls/text and HE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER!! I have attached pics of the coil. I also have a snippet of an audio recording from the C&K Cooling technician explaining exactly how poor of a job Brian did(couldn’t figure out how upload it to Fb. Inbox me if you would like to hear it ). STEER CLEAR OF BRIAN THE HEATING AND COOLING GUY!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! PLEASE SHARE
