Great service. Knowledgeable and informative. Was able to fit me and my family with young children same day and diagnose and repair our furnace. Will not be going through insurance ever because this is my go to from here on out. Will recommend to anyone and everyone with an HVAC issue.

Wow! I sent a message regarding a service call in a recent heatwave and, not only did I receive a near immediate response, my service call was within an HOUR. Brian is knowledgeable, prompt in response and looking for ways he can save you money. We won't be calling in anyone else for service.

Great service! He offered me his own personal heaters to use overnight and came to my house to do the repair the next morning, came on time and repaired efficiently!

So before Santa could stop by we had to have a visit from Brian, The Heating and Cooling Guy!! What a way to ruin Christmas, WRONG!!! Brian showed up less that an hour after we called, diagnosed and fixed the problem AND DID NOT charge us an arm and a leg. In fact there were no additional fees even on CHRISTMAS DAY!! Brian saved Christmas and we will be using him again and again!!!
