With the stress of today, it has been difficult finding quality and professional customer service; however, The Heating and Cooling Guy has restored my faith in exceptional service. From the moment I contacted Brian, he was courtesy, professional and had amazing communication. He explained the process every step of the way and came a day early due to possible inclement weather. He was respectful, clean, courtesy, welcoming, professional and ensured all of my questions were answered. He stayed and ensured my air was running perfectly before he departed and I didn't have to ask him to clean up a thing when the job was completed. There is absolutly no way I can emphasize this enough. My AC system went out in the hottest point of the summer. My first call was to The Heating and Cooling Guy. He was honest and forthcoming and indicated he was swamped and likely couldnt get here quickly. I called other contractors - two came out. The first company took my system apart and indicated they would provide me an estimate to replace. Never heard back and they would not return my calls. The other company that came out indicated that they were busy and the job was "not big enough" for them to take on. I contacted three others and never got anyone to even take the time to come out (even though all said they would). Finally, I called The Heating and Cooling Guy back and explained the situation. At this point I had been without AC for weeks with tempertures hitting over 90 degrees in rooms. He stopped by that afternoon to look at it and then fit me in EARLY on a Saturday morning to complete the job.
As I started out this review, I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the service provided was nor how much I appreciate the attention to detail and knowledge Brian provided me. He even walked through the property and provided me additional energy savings tips!

AC went out Friday night. Called 5 local contractors Sat morning. Brian was the only one to call me back and he left me a message withing 30 minutes. He came out on a Saturday and diagnosed my system as fried. I decided to replace the whole HVAC system with higher efficiency furnace and AC. Brian came out again on Sunday to remove the old system so he could get the new system up and running on Monday. True to his word, he was here Monday with a new system. By 3 pm the house was at 72 again.

I cannot say enough good things about Brian, The Heating and Cooling Guy. On Saturday he loaned me a window unit which at least allowed us to sleep decent. He explained everything he did in diagnosing the issue. He replaced several items such as the capacitor and the contact plate, to be sure the compressor was the issue.

I mentioned I called 5 LOCAL contractors and Brian was the only one to call me back on Saturday. On Monday I got one call and I have not heard from the other 3 at all.

Has done it again. I had Brian replace the air conditioning unit for my HVAC four months ago. He did an outstanding job, so when my heating furnace for my HVAC required replacement, I immediately contacted Brian. As Brian does, he came to the house within 24 hours on Monday and accessed the problem for me. By Friday of the same week, he ordered, received, transported, and installed the new heat furnace unit, then removed the old broken heat furnace. Our AC went out and Brian came out within the hour, was a life saver in 100+ temps. He found the issue quickly and was very thorough, checking to make sure everything was working correctly after he fixed the problem. Brian came out to give us a walkthrough of our house, told us where we were energy inefficient, and gave us an idea on what we could do for a new AC unit.
