Brian the heating and cooling guy was awesome!! Had a problem with my furnace and no sooner then I called he was out to fix the problem. Brian troubleshot the problem and fixed it in no time. He was very professional and thorough. He even gave me suggestions on how to do preventative maintenance on my appliances.

Brian "The Heating and Cooling Guy" is the guy you want, when you need your heating or cooling done right and done the first time. Called on a Sunday with AC issues, Brian walked me through a litany of maintenance options and temporary fix until he could make it out on Tuesday. Brian got to my house and straight to work. Took about an hour and everything was better than new. Also provided some major tips for maintenance and answered all my questions. Courteous, fast and super professional. Fair on prices and even offers a military discount. You have a problem, do not wait to call someone else, call Brian first!

Brian came out to do an A/C Preventative Maintenance & charge my system on a Tuesday. Fast, polite, and professional.
Fast forward to Friday night, 6:45pm. We arrive home from dinner and the house is warm. Check the vent temp, blowing 79 degrees and the outside unit isn't working. Text Brian, he calls back immediately, answer some questions and he's on his way. He grabs his tools and proceeds to diagnose the problem quickly. Bad capacitor, appears a bug climbed in and fried itself and the capacitor. Brian replaced the part, tested function, ensured the air was again blowing cold, and was on his way out, by 8pm. I cannot recommend Brian enough for the fast, value packed, professional service that he offers.

UPDATE:
The Heating and Cooling Guy installed a new system earlier this year. Within the last week it developed a weird noise. Took a video this morning and set it to Brian. He replied and was over to check it out same day. He answered my few questions (my children's many questions) and fixed the issue. Gave things a once over and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Brian provided the best at-home experience ever.
The air conditioner stopped working. I called Brian to have it checked out. He was there the next morning.
After checking it out he informed us we needed a new system; both ac and furnace. And he took the time to explain how the previous system failed.
From the beginning his communications were clear and frequent. He went out of his way to ensure all expectations were clear and understood. Throughout the work, as he uncovered existing features of the house that might limit or affect the ease of installation, he brought these to my attention and suggested options. And he listened to my counter-options and concerns. And not until we settled on an acceptable path forward did he proceeded. Throughout the job he offered advice on how to maximize the life of the new system; and offered other money saving ideas. When he was done he left the place better than it was before.
It has now been four days since the job was completed and it has been working great. With absolutely no defects. I can only wish that all interactions, both business and personal, were as open and honest. And as positive and rewarding.

We called Brian Saturday morning during all of the rain about our air conditioner not cooling the house. I was told he had an appt ahead of us at 9. He was at our house shortly after to fix our air conditioner. It was pouring at this time....but he was out there working on it. He does not charge time in a half for weekends. His rates are reasonable. He explained other ways for us to save on our electric bill. He also does handyman work which we are going to use him for next. So anyone needing any work done, you should call Brian.

Brian was great, very professional and thorough! My husband and I purchased our first home last year and this was our first experience with Brian and his company. He came out for our yearly preventive AC maintenance and also provided us with some tips on how to lower to lower our bill! We highly recommend!!

I live out of state and my unckle lives locle Maskutha and needed help replacing his furnice and AC unit God sent me Brian no dought he was amazing he responded quick and so helpfull sent me picks and explained why the furnice was Drawing a lot of energy to run i was impressed with all he did and how quick he did it he even gave my unckle a heater to use for the 2 days the temp dropped unexpectedly .
