I wanted my furnaces checked and maintained since I just bought the house. It was easy to schedule with little waiting and on time arrival. He used a camera to show the dirt on the inside so it could be cleaned also, and checked for problems that could lead to damage. Gave lots of info about the HVAC system as well as other things.
