Mark was great, he came on time… explained the situation and how to solve the issue. He got the heat running which was a great help in this weather. Kudos to him for such great service

Marc was great. Very informative, professional and explained all possible issues and concerns. He took time to check and look at all the issues and did not rush or try to dismiss our concerns.

Mark A. was the technician from Leslie that came by and he was super professional, personable and even tolerated my annoying dogs. He had to run get a part (specific model of light for our hvac) and had about 15 minutes to get there before they closed and he had no hesitation in doing so, to take care of everything today. I’m all set for the weekend with everything in working order.

Marc (with a “C”) was very informed, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was thorough and gave us lots of information on how to keep up with our HVAC system. He was a pleasure to talk to. Very highly recommend.

Judo was on time, professional and knew his stuff. He fixed the issue and was thorough in his inspection to diagnose the problem. Highly recommend him.

Nick came out to inspect our furnaces and A/C units, and was great! He explained everything clearly and gave general system maintenance advice. There were the typical sales pitches, but he wasn't pushy when we made our decisions.

The technician came out to give a quote on a new furnace. Their starting presenting package is over $15k! This is twice that of their competitors (large companies with over 15k reviews) with all services and equipment being equal. The technician wasn’t able to reach his manager to see further discounts to compete with previous quotes. Therefore, he said he’d email what the company can do. No response. Called office for the quote. No response again. I caution anyone using this company. If they can’t respond to a sale…I’d hate to see the response if you had a problem. Plus..get multiple quotes!! This company for like to like quote was literally double!!! Don’t be fooled with what they supposedly offer as benefits. Other companies offer larger warranties and service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Eric was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have dogs and he was not even bothered by them. He did all the diagnostics, got the heat back working, and gave us all our options for future consideration. Very pleasant man.
