Marc!! Wow! What a wonderful humble human being, and a blessing from God!

Leslie should be very proud of his work ethics. The fact they hired a young man like Marc who has great integrity, honesty and kindness, indicates to me that Leslie Heating and Cooling must operate in the same way.

I would not only recommend using Leslie Heating and Cooling, but you simply MUST request Marc! He will walk you through everything and is very thorough. He won't overwhelm you with info, AND he will take the time needed to help you understand what he has explained. He has such incredible patience!

It's ABSOLUTELY so refreshing to see somone of today's generation behave in such an honest and professional manner. I'm so thankful Leslie hired you. I will always request you!

On Friday; January 20th, I had Mark come over to review the sensor of my heater. (Same day service). He took the time to clean and check all the necessary parts. Overall A+ service. Within that period I requested a review of the air conditioning as I knew it was getting older. Wanted to proactive before summer. Mark requested another associate Kevin that specializes in the overall design and pricing. There was no pressure but decided to have both my air conditioning and heater replaced

Gustavo and his partner Victor were on time. I had my heater and air conditioning replaced. Overall job took about 9 hours and they did an amazing job. They both explained the details of their job and they showed us the new thermostat. The area looks cleaner now than before. The nice extra piece they did was repair some old drywall that needed to be replaced. Superior job and would highly recommend. A+

Overall the entire team; from Mark, to Kevin and Gustavo and Victor—you all work really well as a team!

My A/C unit wasn’t properly circulating air flow so I called Leslie Heating and Cooling for a check up. They were super efficient and professional when setting up an appointment. They communicated well in regards to when they would send a technician out. When a technician (Nick) stopped by my condo, he was informative and helpful and was able to clean out the unit’s filter. Happy to have found these guys!

We had the pleasure of having Nick Morgan at our home to inspect an older ac and furnace unit. He fixed a clog in our condense drain and did a full inspection of both units. He was a very knowledgeable and personable quality service specialist. Gave us a list of options, and didn’t present them in a hard sell manner - a very fact based professional.

Once we decided which option to move forward with, Nick passed the reigns to our assigned comfort consultant, Roland. He arrived same day to measure, right size, and present us options. Not only was Roland professional, but he kept our priorities top of mind when determining the best system for our needs. After briefly speaking with Brendan, we were able to get a crew scheduled for install the next day! To add, Roland even dropped off bagels the day of our installation!

In a matter of 2 days our old system was diagnosed, our options were presented, and our new system was installed by Daniel and Jaren. Customer service goes a long way, and the Leslie team surely takes pride in that!

They are family owned. Love their Logo!! Marc came to the house after another company didn't show up. He was efficient, checked out the inside, went right outside found the problem after getting the OK to continue he had us running in no time. We appreciate you Mark A.

I had a great experience with Leslie Heating and Cooling, and specifically with Marc. He was right on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he was really easy to communicate with. There was no upselling or annoying sales pitch, and he diagnosed and clearly explained the issue we’re having with our AC unit. All-in-all, I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Marc was extremely kind and helpful the entire time he was inspecting our ac unit. He greeted us with a smile and quickly found the issues we were having. Roland L. arrived on time as scheduled. He is very good at what he does, knowledgeable about it and very helpful. He thoroughly checked everything and made sure of what we really needed. He gave us a very good deal, making sure we're comfortable with it, and we're very happy about it.

Jaren and Victor were great to deal with. Showed up on time, were efficient, communicated what they needed to and were done when they said they would be. New looks, sounds and works great.
