Mark Chavez was great! Very professional, he checked my full system. Checking both the heating and then the cooling system, he walked me through all his findings. He explained where my system was working well, as well as possible concerns in the immediate future. He discussed these concerns with me extensively and gave me options for moving forward. After our discussion, I personally opted to hold off in the very short term, but am fully educated as to future term needs that I will execute as needed. Thank you so much for sending Mark over today. I feel very educated about my HVAC system as to where it stands today and how I will be able to continue to maintain it in a positive way in the near future!

Judo G did a wonderful job. He was thorough, efficient, friendly, and competent. We would be happy to have him work in our house again.

Jaren installed my entire HVAC system and was a really good dude, he was polite and came into my home with boot covers and tarps to keep my house clean. He set the agenda and him and his partner got straight to work.

Mark C. Was the first person to come to my house and he recharged my AC which is what I asked of him, he was knowledgeable and helped me get set up on the family program to make future visits free to my house and 2 free HVAC maintenance visits per year. The service pays for itself after one visit.

Mark from Leslie came over for my bi annual check up. He found an issue with my AC that we’ve been monitoring for a few years and promptly fixed it for a nominal cost. I appreciate the Leslie family plan’s preventative check ups to find issues before they become bigger and leave me without air or heat. Mark was quick and courteous. I’d definitely recommend him and Leslie to others!

Terrance was very helpful. He assessed the situation in detail and explained the options we had, and the outcomes of those options based on what we needed. He is also experienced and professional. He answered all the questions respectfully, and showed evidence from his previous work and research to back it up.

Marc and Alex were fabulous. Very responsive and made sure I understood everything. Would definitely recommend and ask for if we ever have issues in the future.

I’m not sure I was expecting such thorough and honest feedback about my system, but I’m sure glad it was Jeff who gave it to me! He’s super personable, seems incredibly trustworthy, and it felt like he cared about me as a customer. When I’m ready to get a new system, it’ll be because they sent Jeff to do the initial work.

Leslie technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their service and am a part of their loyal customer program. My only complaint is that the dispatcher texted me 4 times over 5 hours saying we were next for a technician. It's reasonable to have to wait for a service technician, but the "we have you next" terminology was bothersome. Thinking our service was soon, we had afternoon plans that needed to be canceled to continue waiting.

Anthony was beyond thorough and professional! In addition to the annual system check and recommending a new compressor, I had a need for dryer ductwork to be replaced. Not missing a beat, he took measurements, confirmed when work could be done and received approval to proceed. Voila! I have a working dryer and feel peace of mind knowing that my systems will make it through. Thank you Anthony and Leslie Heating & Cooling for your top notch team including Brian, Ebony, and Garrett who offered an assist. Happy to be part of the Leslie family!
