We called yesterday and Marc was out here at 8 this morning! He cleaned and tested our unit and was very friendly and helpful. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and guided us through what we need to do to next

Marc came out and got to work right away. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. He took me step by step with all the diagnostics and repair. I couldn't have asked for a better tech. I highly recommend him for all your hvac needs, 5 out of 5 stars.

Nick was on time for the appointment. He was courteous and friendly. He gave us a comprehensive report at the end with several options for us to consider. When we decided we needed an appt with his sales staff, he was able to set the appt for us with his colleague for the same day.

Between three household we have been using Leslie Heating and Cooling for almost 30 years. They are always punctual, professional, very respectful regarding the inside of your home and never leave a mess. Their technicians are always pleasant to deal with and they explain things fully, and and get into detail. They talk to you not down to you. My wife is the person that usually deals with them and they speak to her the same way that they would speak to a man such as not assuming that she doesn’t understand what he’s talking about. They can tolerate small yapping dogs who love to look over the technicians shoulders when they’re working on a Furnace. Their prices are very fair and they are very quick to respond when you have a problem. I would never hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a good company such as yours. Five stars!

Made a call to them they were out to inspect my old system. There was nothing that could be done with old unit being it was 26 years old. Purchased new unit installed next day.
