Super impressed with this company and Jeff the technician that came out to my home.
From the time I made the appointment to the time I made the payment for service I was impressed the whole time.
Booking an appointment was pleasant, both gals I talked to were super friendly had great personalities and kept me informed about my appointment without it being overwhelming!
My service appointment was super easy and quite the pleasure as well. Jeff M also has a phenomenal personality and talked to me in terms I could understand! THIS WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME! Kudos to the talent team here for finding great folks to work for you!

Terrence from Leslie evaluated my AC central system. He found what I expected, that the freon charge from last year has leaked away, and also that the compressor motor is drawing too many amps, so this 20-year-old AC unit is worn out and needs replacement. Leslie scheduled a different future appointment to give us a quote for a new AC system.

Mark C was great! Friendly, thorough, and professional. He identified the issue with our thermostat right away and got the AC back online. Highly recommend him and the Leslie Residential Services company.

Have worked with Leslie HC a few times and joined their Friends and Family service. It has truly paid for itself! They are quick to respond and do seasonal check ins as reminders for routine inspections--which are covered with the Friends and Family! Highly recommend.

Update. Marc A was just here and was awesome! On time, friendly with our dog (huge plus!), and gave me all our options. We will definitely go with Leslie for future needs!

Judo was fantastic. It’s nice to see good customer service at the same time is somebody that is capable of doing a good job. His technician skills are fantastic and he explained something that I didn’t know about my humidifier attached to my furnace. Going to ask for him next year when I need this done again.

Marc came out to perform our spring AC check and did a fantastic job. He was polite, professional, friendly, and clearly explained things. We will definitely be using Leslie in the future for all of our AC/furnace needs

Eric helped us with our faulty A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through in layman’s terms the situation. Very helpful. We have confidence in his service and will use him again, when needed.

Gus was amazing. He laid out our options to remedy our old ac unit. No pushiness, super polite and friendly, educated us on the benefits of the technology. Great job!

Nick arrived next day, was very helpfull and knowledgeable. He took his time to properly troubleshoot and diagnose the issue with my ac. He worked with me on best option to repair and went above and beyond expectations in answering all my questions. Will definitely have him come out again when needed for future repairs and maintenance.

He also got me in touch with other technician to discuss replacing old vents i want to fix.

Overall the entire company has been a pleasure working with. Will be having them as my HVAC for my house and can highly recommend them for their work quality, honesty and customer service.

I want to give a shout out to our tech Marc A. Service can be hit or miss and Marc A. is the definition of outstanding customer service. Marc was very thorough in his analysis and explained everything clearly. He cleaned our furnace and reinstalled a humidifier after a thorough cleaning. He went through and explained other elements of HVAC and our home in general to make sure we were set up for success. Marc is the reason we will look to Leslie again for our HVAC needs.

Had additional services completed by Eric C. after my initial review and good service is consistent with Leslie. Eric was professional and provided different options for addressing our AC issue. He completed his work in timely manner and was friendly and courteous throughout the service.
