I had Marc and Luke to my home and I am very impressed with the professionalism they both displayed. Marc meticulously went through my system and advised it may be time for an upgrade, as it has come to the end of its life at 18 years and repairs where too expansive. Luke arrived later that evening to provide my family with replacement options. Luke listened to our concerns and suggested equipment that would fit our needs best. He also figured out why one of the bedrooms was colder than the others. Both gentlemen went above and beyond and were never pushy. Leslie has earned a lifelong customer!

Eric came out and evaluated our heating and cooling system. He took the time to explain how our system worked and gave some options to get more out of our system. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He even replaced a damaged wire nut on the spot for at no charge. I’m am extremely impressed and will use Leslie for all my future heating and air conditioning needs!

Nick from Leslie came out to service our AC & heater. He was very thorough, polite and professional. He explained everything to us and gave us all of our options in terminology I could understand. Nick Is GREAT!!!! It was also very easy to schedule the appointment.

Leslie installed my furnace and A/C 6 yrs ago and does seasonal maintenance on each. I LOVE them. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of homeownership; and I've had some losers through the years. I highly recommend them to all my neighbors and family and everyone has always been very happy with them. The technicians are always very knowledgeable, friendly and highly respectful of me and my home.

Nick M was our technician today and he was excellent! Very professional and relatable. Was able to explain all of the workings of our systems and address our concerns. Based on Nick alone I would definitely recommend him and Leslie Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Nick was great, professional and on time. He walked me through everything and explained it so I was able to understand what he was saying. He is a top notch service technician. All of Leslie heating and cooling go above and beyond to find what best fits me.

One of our two HVAC A/C units expired so we began thinking about a replacement. We were going to call several companies in our local area. One of our friends, though, said we should call Leslie first because she had had a terrific experience with Leslie. We did call them first and did not make another call.

Our experience was truly out standing. Good quality, good value, professional, responsive and on time describe why were pleased with Leslie.

We began by having Terrance make a professional review of our situation and he clearly presenting our options. Then we had a consultation Jeff Gustafson where we spent a great deal of time creating a plan including what we were going to purchase and what the cost would be. We (Jeff, my wife and I) had detailed exchanges with with Brendan and we came up with a purchase plan including a price with which we were comfortable. The process was terrific. We knew Jeff was working for Leslie, but he was also on our side. We agreed on the plan.

Next came the installation team: Peter, Gus, Daniel, Jaren and Victor. We could not have been more please with these professionals. They were polite, kept their work areas clean, knew what they were doing and installed two new HVAC units in just one day. I am naturally curious and they politely answered all my questions which I appreciate.

Administratively, I received an invoice that was correct, easily understood and accurate. I was furnished details on the "Member Plan". Everyone I spoke with at the office was courteous, helpful and polite.

Very pleased with the service we received. Alaina was incredibly friendly and kind and was around throughout the whole process to ensure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied. Technicians Gus and Victor showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job.

Nick came out here to fix my AC for me and he is phenomenal. Him and his company are the greatest company I have ever worked with and Nick is 1 of a kind, I have never had a technician like him and I want him to be the only technician that I work with. The greatest ever. 5 stars Nick!
