ComforTemp Heating & Air Conditioning

Tim with ComforTemp replaced my old furnace. He was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions pertaining to the new heating system. He even took a marker and put the size of the new filter inside on the furnace door. He then marked which screws I needed to undo in order to change the filter!!. Very nice touch, especially for me as a senior citizen or for anyone in fact... who can ever remember their filter size? I will definitely be requesting him next time for my maintenance.

ComfortTemp technician was courteous and efficient. They got someone out to my house within a couple of hours and the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly.
I had a billing error, and their customer service addressed it and fixed it almost immediately following the technician service.
I would definitely recommend ComforTemp, and will be using them again the next time I have an HVAC issue

Furnace stopped working on Sunday. Called on Monday morning, they had someone out on Monday afternoon. Very professional, explained everything he was doing, and did the timely. Would use again

Marko was great. Explained in detail before any work was started what was going to be done. He took the time to thoroughly explain and show me how our aged AC system is performing and some things to keep in the back of our mind for the future. Will call on ComforTemp again for any HVAC needs. We were taken advantage of several times prior by other big box HVAC businesses. Not again. I hope ComforTemp reads this and understands that your reviews will make or break your business and the only reason I will call again, if necessary, is because of my interaction from setting the appointment up to Marko. By the way Marko needs a raise :)

Incredible! No nonsense and very detailed in the install. Clean and professional. Put down drop cloths to protect my flooring and all the old equipment was taken out! Very happy and would recommend to others!

My AC froze on memorial day and comfortemp was the first to respond. They came out the same day no questions asked. Eric charged the system and injected some dye to detect a leak if need be at a later date. Eric was very friendly and professional and explained what the problems could be.

It unfortunately froze again due to my coil leaking pretty bad. Again they came out same day. I ended up replacing the entire unit and comfortemp gave me a fair deal and after talking to both Eric and Marko to go over my options I trusted they were a company I could trust.

We had a Bryant AC unit that served us well for 15 years but stopped cooling due to condenser failure. Because our system is older and the EPA has shifted the refrigerant standard to R-410A this meant that we needed to replace the condenser outside and the evaporator coil, located in our attic, for compatibility's sake. Though we had a trusted contractor that we would default to for jobs like this, the quote they provided was lunacy. So, we shopped around. We discovered Comfortemp through the official Bryant website and reached out for an estimate.

From the free quoting process to the installation, it was a wonderful experience. Eric came out to perform measurements, gather the necessary data about our current system, and educate us on our installation options. Comfortemp's quote was by far the most fair we received. Additionally, Eric was quite knowledgeable and could address any questions we had. After accepting the quote (no down payment required) we got an appointment almost immediately.

On the morning of the installation Brad showed up on time and got to work. Brad is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! His professionalism, workmanship, and exceptional understanding of the job speak to his years of experience. Even under the oppressive heat he had to endure, he was thorough, always checking behind his work. There is no question he couldn't answer and he was very personable. A phenomenal representative of the company that left us satisfied. Thanks to this experience we will look to Comfortemp for our future HVAC needs.

Marko is a great technician. He was actually a couple of hours early...no complaints as we were hot. He is very professional. I highly recommend Comfortemp for your HVAC needs.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they were to me by early afternoon. Eric, one of the owners, was the one to respond for the diagnosis of the issues. The problem required a new system as I could not be happier. Marco as Brad came to the install and their professionalism, puncuality, speed, and so much more was on point! Very knowledgeable technician and great customer service. This company is the best they brought the needed parts with them and planned ahead and finished the job quickly and also gave a high level of detail. I highly recommended this company.
