Eric the owner was great. Our AC had gone out and he showed up within 30 minutes of calling him, when other companies said it would take days. When you are running a business and your customers are uncomfortable, you don't have days. Eric understood this and knocked out the repair asap. Thank you Eric!

I don't understand how this company is getting a high rating?! I called them, and I watched my service tech Marko fumble with his tools & look confused on how to repair my a/c unit. I gave this company $150 for nothing, because after he left giving me a estimate of $654 repair bill to fix my fan, I ended up fixing my a/c myself the next day after watching a YouTube video.

Eric Burr is an excellent HVAC Professional with state-of-the-art technical expertise of highly complex systems......we have 18 in our facility! He is very responsive and communicates well. I own a restaurant and use Eric and his team for all of our HVAC needs because they know what they're doing! He makes sure our restaurant is cool on these hot summer days! We have used Comfortemp for 2 years and just recently had to have Eric come out to my house for my furnace motor. It was -3 outside and 55 inside on New Years Day and he was there shortly after calling and had the blower fixed in no time at all!
